Yes, he predicted that the world would not end in 2006. I"m glad he got that one right. Wow, that is both a postive and correct prediction. I stand corrected, he must be talking to God to make those kinds of predictions. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

I must not have been present when God and the Devil picked teams. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Has he ever actually predicted anything? Has he ever actually made a positive prediction? I predict that ... Pat Robertson will die and find out he was talking to the Devil and not God.

Iraq vs. Civil War of the United States of America
Butters replied to Butters's topic in Speakers Corner
A new strategy for the sake of a new strategy (knee jerk reaction) would not be a cool idea especially given our current strategy (knee jerk reaction). Time for a brain jerk reaction ... our leaders have those right (at least the old leaders did)? That is why I don't think we should leave. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
Iraq vs. Civil War of the United States of America

So do you believe that we should back away (saving American lives) and allow them to have their own civil war? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -

Exactly my point. Our presence there invites violence. Yes, and the presence of provocatively dressed women invites rape. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
Iraq vs. Civil War of the United States of America

Would you agree that the "new" war is a byproduct of the "previous" war? If so, should we not have been able to predict the "new" war? The current strategies do not appear to be dealing with the escalating violence, insurgents, or political/religous differences of the population. (The current administration has also been unable to deal with a rise in violent crime, increase in illegal immigrants, and growing seperation amongst the population due to political/religous issues at home.) However, I think the situation is still in enough control that a change in leadership and or strategies could turn things around in short time frame. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
Iraq vs. Civil War of the United States of America

I disagree. I think everyone who believed (leaders and followers) that Iraq would change instantly were part of the real problem. What new war are you referring to? It does not appear to be any more out of control than our civil war. What positive results are we entitled to? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
Iraq vs. Civil War of the United States of America
Butters replied to Butters's topic in Speakers Corner
Agreed. History has shown that civil wars often occur when a repressed minority is given equal rights. What made anyone think this situation would be different? So, did the population that believed our leaders think that history would not repeat itself or didn't they know our history? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
Iraq vs. Civil War of the United States of America
Butters replied to Butters's topic in Speakers Corner
Has anyone studied the Civil War of the United States of America? I find it interesting how many people were killed (many more than in Iraq) after the North declared victory over the South and how long it took (and is taking) things to change. Why do we expect Iraq to change instantly? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
Big bucks ... how about instead of selling team jerseys they sell team pistols? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

I am for the death penalty. However, it disturbs me to read posts taking pleasure in the execution of a man. You should feel nothing for the person being executed or the execution itself. If you feel anything, it should be sadness, that mankind still cannot live in peace. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Either there are not people from religions other than Christianity who post to this thread or the people from other religions do not feel the need to preach to everyone posting a question for a God, any God. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

It was Hoost. I remembrseeing him literally chop him down with kicks to the leg. but i though hoost eventually won Nope, Sapp beat Hoost but broke his hand during the fight and couldn't continue in the tournament so Hoost continued. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

No, you are probably referring to Bob Sapp vs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernesto_Hoost or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remy_Bonjasky. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

The reason it tends to be the same fighters is because other fighters don't want to step into the ring with them. PS: If the fight isn't rigged, Iceman will win. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

You might be referring to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zuluzinho, who Fedor dispatched at 0:26 in the first round. Edit: You may be referring to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Sapp. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fedor_Emelianenko I don't believe there is a single fighter in the UFC that could last one round with Fedor Emelianenko. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

He did that already, when he sent his Son, Jesus Christ to live among us. 2,000 years later, people still need proof of his existence. It was a done deal a long time ago. That's every unbeliever's problem, they need proof to see it with their own eyes and to hear it from their own ears. You don't need to open your eyes or your ears. You need to open your heart to let him come in. It was a question for God, asking God why God does not maintain a physical presence amongst mankind that proves without a doubt the existence of God. PS: Are you God? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
