  1. It's already a crime. Why would you beat someone's ass who you liked and agreed with?
  2. Are you saying that there is no historical correctness written in the Bible? You will accept a history book that gives a geneological account of of Abraham and his prodigy, the stories of various Pharaohs, the Persian king, Nebuchadnezzar, or Ceasar and his minions, but totally reject everything in a parallel book simply because it mentions God?
  3. Reply To -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An irony here is that those who claim that there is no God, and therefore, no such thing as sin, still seem to use the human emotion of guilt when it fits their agenda. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Because one of the main reasons for the rejection of the concept a higher authority and a moral law, is that some people want to do as they please, when they please, without someone telling them that it's wrong. You see, for people who think like this, it's only wrong to cheat on your spouse if you get caught, and then it's ok to lie about it if you think that you can convince the other person that it didn't happen. Thanks for the new line. I hadn't thought of that one yet. I'll try to use it in the next argument.
  4. She should have taken her kids and gone back to Missippi to live the simple life. It's not like she doesn't have enough money.
  5. > For that matter, as long as there are starving children in the world, >why are we wasting money on city parks, bike trails, play grounds, etc? Because we care more about ourselves (and our loved ones) than other people far away. An irony here is that those who claim that there is no God, and therefore, no such thing as sin, still seem to use the human emotion of guilt when it fits their agenda.
  6. Personally I would rather see that money spent on feeding the starving or helping the millions of AIDS victims in Africa… -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Get with it! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nor do we need museums explaining the hypothesis of how an alligator turned into a bird. For that matter, as long as there are starving children in the world, why are we wasting money on city parks, bike trails, play grounds, etc?
  7. In some cases, that could be a very thin line.
  8. Here's a thought. She could put our hard earned Social Security money into interest bearing accounts and at retirement, give us full access. Oh, wait. They voted against giving us even2% for personal investment.
  9. How would you propose that we solve this problem of too many people? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know, I know, ask me. We could let the Catholic Church refuse to tell everyone to use a rubber, and everyone would die of AIDS.
  10. The builder ought to complete the sale and add a little extra for the sunroof.
  11. What do you consider finishing the job? They know that they can't stand up in a fight where they are the only ones around. They will always hide themselves in a civilian population for the purpose of recruitment and having a shield. I'm sure that we will be chasing these clowns around the globe for the next twenty or thirty years, unless we put a serious smackdown on anyone who has anything to do with them.
  12. I rented the video on Netflix.
  13. How about a Mr. Bill Skydiver. Pulling handles and screaming,"Oh, no" as he goes in.
  14. You want a reality check. Go to Craigslist. It's a hoot. Apparently most of the men are looking for sex, and the women are looking for their knight in shining armour, with a list of requirements that no, one man could ever fullfil. The woman claims that she wants a good man; "Where are all of the good men?" They are either too short, ugly, poor, out of shape, not exicting enough, aren't professionals- whatever the hell, that is. Oh, yea. Don't forget, no hair on your body. It really makes you wonder.
  15. Reply To -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abba rocked, especially their gold album. Anyone into ultravox or sigue sigue sputnik http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOKMxMjc8Mk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsHjEbgm1Dg -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It beats wearing FUBU and rap.
  16. You gotta be in the Navy, right?....... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No self respecting man watches another man take a pee.
  17. Anyone can speak at a University, not everyone can speak at a national monument. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Doesn't the rights granted by the Constitution apply only to citizens? He is being granted permission, he does not have a right to speak.
  18. They've been warned already. Not my problem, unless one of them trips and falls on me with a cigarette in her mouth.
  19. Caged reptiles aren't the sweetest smelling things in the world.
  20. They'll all be calling Hillary 'Mommy' in a couple of years.
  21. Here's another irony. These same people insist that everything has evolved and it is a world of survival of the fittest, yet these same people insist on keeping the stupidest, weakest of us alive, and for what? To propagate the species? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Basically, it means that this liberal world wants to have its cake and eat it, too. If AIDS were dealt with like every other communicable disease, it would run its course in one or two generations. For some reason, it's not PC to let the rest of the community know that someone has AIDS and is possibly spreading it, yet the CDC quarantines a man at the mention of TB. It's quite ironic how everyone gets up in arms about someone's right to privacy inside the bedroom, whether that person is doing it with ten other people, or their dog, but we are supposed to feel great compassion for the person and throw tons of money at the end result of this person's stupidity, hopefully finding a cure, so that they can continue in their stupidity.
