All of you agnostic/ atheists have a subjective veiw of all things, but you do not allow me the same choice of my interpretation of the Bible. Who's the hypocrite here? When you openly proclaim your faith in Christ, then you can critisize my veiwpoint. Until then, I'm not going to work twice as much so that some person who has decided that the world owes them something just because they exist, doesn't have to hit a lick. That's not hate, that's common sense.

I guess there are different flavors of Christians. Some are turn the other cheek Christians, others are, if you do not work, you shall not eat Christians. I choose the latter. It tends to make better, more responsible people, which leads to a functional society. As for the poor, at least in this country, they are largely self made. Only the young, the very old, the seriously mentally ill, and those with serious handicaps[ I'm not talking about skydivers who misjudged their swoop by three ft.] deserve the welfare of the public. And yes, the contraction of AIDS, for the large part is due to a foolish act.

If anyone owes them a hand up, it is the people directly responsible for their well being, that is their governments and employers. Gee, now I'm sounding like a socialist. If I thought for one minute that paying an extra dollar for an item would actually get into the hands of the workers, I'd say, no problem, but it doesn't. Just like the great U.N. oil for food program. The largest part of the world governments do not have a checks and balances system, and leaders often become corrupt, or rather, reveal their corruptness.

I just chose not to allow my faith in Christ to be used as a doormat by those who choose not to believe, yet think that they can play the compassion card to their advantage. Isn't it amazing that a man can stand on an entrance ramp with some pitiful sign for 10 hours a day, but if you offered him a job, he'd tell you to go to hell. I honestly have no need for such people.

Personally, I think we should inundate them with everything that they say offends them until they simply become numb. ------------------------------------------------------------ Right now, all they have to do is throw a tantrum, and the western world starts walking on eggshells. I say, "Bullshit." They take the whole concept of "Love thy neighbor," as weakness, and will exploit it in a minute.

And we lost -- how many people total? Again, they were soldiers, with mothers and fathers and families and buddies who loved them. Not to deny their worth. But we're losing a shitload more now, just to prove what bad motherfuckers we are. So, how many warships have to be attacked before words become action. Some people with that attitude would still be talking to Japan about Pearl Harbor. I say one attack, such as on the USS Cole, is enough to stomp a country into oblivion, unless there is full cooperation on their part to reveal the perpetrators, and it would be our call to say when we were satisfied.

I believe that they know exactly what they are doing. Just like the child who throws a tantrum to get his way, these people have learned that they can make this PC world do what they want by acting out. Personally, I think we should inundate them with everything that they say offends them until they simply become numb.

Then, those who are productive, and are willing to live a life of self sustainance would be harassed by those who think that the world owes them something[think New Orleans]. My understanding is that many of these drugs cause a release of seretonin in the brain, which causes a good feeling. At some point the seretonin becomes deleted, and simply requires more of the drug to kickstart the process. Thus, the downhill slide.

Yes, I meant that. JC did not teach his followers to take up a literal physical war I believe that the Bible speaks of separating the wheat from the chaff, and the goats from the sheep. This is definitely a point in time, and it won't be pleasant if and when it happens. If you believe in the resurrection, you also have to believe in the second coming of Christ, and all of this is going to happen at some future date. We are warned to be prepared. Men do not have it within themselves to bring peace on the earth. Every agenda has a degree of selfishness, which is a sin.
