Lush Rimjob hospitalized in serious condition
Lucky... replied to Lucky...'s topic in Speakers Corner
If I thought you didn't care, I might. First spell nanny, now name-corrector-nanny? What's next? Now, explain why I should use his name. How's this: Rush Hudson Limbaugh III, as in Rock Hudson. Why not, he draws attention to Obama's middle name, why can't we just call him Hudson? See, this way when you complain about me using, 'Lush Rimjob' you can avoid talking about how he makes fun of MJ Fox's Parkinson's....at least you have your priorities straight -
I had a rare steak the other night that was really rare. (by definition, a cool red center) And I didn't think about this thread at all. I enjoyed my meal. It didn't prove anything to anyone except me (that I still love a nice cut of meat, and that cow is yummy). Amen to that..I had a VERYnice thick rib eye last night. If Lucky wants to graze thru a field...more power to him....go enjoy. I guess that is how he has been looking into the eyes of so many other food animals. If you want to turn compassion for those w/o a voice into a sexually perverted remark, cool. I did think I could get thru to your compassionate conscience, I've seen you have one. I know this is a subject you seem to be a FANATIC about.. please do not expect others to follow suit. I will be the first to admit I am a speciesist, and some species are known as FOOD.. deal with it. At least you admit that you are a speciesist, most pseudo-carnivores don't ackonowldge that. Yes, some species are known as food and some as prey, it's just unnatural when those designed not to predate on food animals do so. Esp weird when they do so in a factory farming process. I understand you feel bad when an animal gives its life so you can have a certain taste, your desire to eat unnaturally outlasts your feelings for these animals by way of ignoring and pretending these animals aren't strung up by the hooves for sometimes hours before their throats are slit. Ultimately, it is you who must deal with it, I have delt with mine and made choices accordingly. It only has to be dealt with as long as it take the grill to heat up From a guy who thinks it's great that HMO CEO's get paid tens of millions while 40 million US citizens go w/o coverage, thinking that the same would think once about a defenseless animal being hung by its hoof for hours until its throat is cut isn't even in the menu. Why thank you (even though your post is a misleading pile of crap as usual) I grew up chopping the heads off chickens. Taking animals to meat lockers that were treated as pets by me. Get of your high horse, the fall might get you hurt.... Taking animals to meat lockers that were treated as pets by me. Dahmer would be proud They tasted good Life on the farm No, life and nature in gerneral. Is that alliteration? Otherwise, it makes no sense.

Ahh so much hypocrisy in you little grasshopper. You are not apologetic in the wanton killing of the plants you eat.. face it.. you thrive on death... just like all the other species on this planet in one way or another. We, as Homo Sapien, are heterotrophs; we are designed to get our food externally rather than produce our own as with autotrophs (most plants). With that, we are designed to eat vegetation based upon ALL physiological aparatus and systems. Just as a coyote eats rabbits and is natural, a human eats vegetation and is natural. Do I think it's sad when a predator animal eats prey? Of course, but it's the natural process. What's devastating is when a heterotrophic species of 6+ billion eats massive amounts of animal, factory farmed prey when it causes so much suffering and they aren't naturally designed to do so. It's also sad that the same 6+B causes pain to themselves in the process. All the corn grown to feed these animals could be used to feed people and this could be used to stop world hunger, etc. It's just wasteful all teh way around. Obviously this bothers you which explains the sarcastic response which is really non-responsive considering you're calling me a heterotrophic herbivore and making fun of that, when I was designed as such. It's like making fun of a guy for wearing guy clothes and having a guy job, dating girls, etc.

from what I can tell you don't design your comments to appeal to anything. Love all the examples..... usual/usual.

Compassion is feeding my family MEAT dude. Live with it Actually it stuck Amazon's nerve, I knew she had some unlike many others here. Feeding herbivores a carnivorous diet is compassionate? I just don't see the connection. Actually it's incompassionate in that it will likely be the cause of their death to some part.

It's a liberal media conspiracy . Whatever value your little rant possesses, they don't advertise liberal/Dem stories that are less than flattering? The mainstream media is a business, they write what sells. If you want gross bias and factual inaccuracy go to the Cato institute, Heritage foundation, etc. -

Hey Bill, obvioulsy a current poster registered as a newby to make this genius statement. I hope we don't have a rash of this going all ways, it trashes the forum. "And Reagan was the head Nazi, considering he named all kinds of Hollywood actors as Communists and they were basically blackballed or worse from Hollywood after that. He was a real Nazi fucking fascist pig." Pot, meet kettle. So I'm a Nazi? That makes all kinds of sense. Care to support it or just more rhetoric and run from you? -

ME: - Made fun of MJ Fox's Parkinson's RUSHMC: This is a mischaracterization a best a lie a worst. It is what your hate Limbaugh media said he did but it was more a shot a Fox himself. You really should do better than this MY EVIDENCE: http://www.youtube.com/...&feature=related ____________________________________________________ ME: - Made a racist remark about McNabb saying he isn't good, just the media wants to support him due to his color/race RUSHMC: This one is totally wrong. This was a shot at the MEDIA and had nothing to do with McNabb at all except he we the center of the point. It WAS about McNabbs race, but not about McNabb. Two lies in a row sir MY EVIDENCE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iueJLjF-WtM Saying McNabb isn't good, just cause he's black he get's credit is attacking McNMabb on all kinds of levels. I do understand how you cannot see that tho. _______________________________________________________ ME: - Swore all druggies to hell, then was discovered to be one RUSHMC: He was addicted to pain pills for pain. Far step from a druggy. You are stretching here MY RESPONSE: Michael Jackson, Elvis and so many others weren't druggies either. Booze is a drug, if you are an alcohilic, you're a druggy. Just because your drug dealer wears a tie instead of hangs around street corners doesn't change the user's addiction. And to denounce drug addicts while being one is hypocrisy cubed. -

so you want a tax system that is aggressively progressive. Which really (in plain verbiage) means you want the higher income families to pay a larger percentage of their income than the lower income families. Why is that? Is it not fair that they're making more money? Why should a $200000 income family have to pay 34% when a 50000 income family pays 20%?? (pulling those percentages out of my ass, but I'm sure someone will still bitch because they're wrong) How about a tax that's based on consumption of goods instead. The rich tend to buy more things than the poor. How about a national sales tax? Ahhh, the 'fair' argument; what took so long? We can dice fair around all day and we can include the unfairness associated with the only indust nation w/o soc meds of some kind. Instead, intelligently, I asert that we use what works rather than some subjective 'fair' argument. Low taxes do not work, pls show me in US history where they have worked for any extended period of time. -

what you really seem upset about is all the deductions available to those with the startup money to start and operate a small business. What about a system with no deductions? How about a system designed by economists, not politicians? You ficticiously bring in small businesses as a way to discredit me. I have never mentioned it and I am for small business. WHat the RW wants to do is to falsely bring this is to turn off the LW agenda to make RICH people pay more, not struggling small businesses. Nice try - not - try again. -
Please, President Clinton had heaps more experience compared to President Obama. Even as Governor of Arkansas. In fact, heading up a state, in charge of a police force, national guard, budgets, trade with other states, and indeed nations, attracting business are all things governors contend with on a scale that make Senators look like extra baggage. President Clinton chose some of the same battles, but not all at once, and he didn't whine and bitch about crap either. Clinton struggled in 1993, despite having a pretty solid majority (57) in the Senate. It took 3 nominees to get an AG (Reno), his (or her) push at health care reform failed badly, he couldn't even eliminate gay discrimination in the military. Minor gaffes (travelgate) were common. And the next year, he lost both the House and Senate. Yes and no, it was his 93 tax increases that really made his presidency, after the idiots entered congress he got nothing done but most of the tax increases stayed.
-
Great point so the question becomes how or why could he even promise this in the first place. Either way it seems he is manipulating or flat lying. Perhaps, the truth is he could not do what he said he was going to do again like Bush Sr, I think he felt he had to raise taxes but never intended on doing so. Bush Sr followed the Republican dry, tired, tax cuts my friends BS to get elected. After realizing the mess fascist Ronnie gave him taking teh top tax brkt from 70% to 28% and spending thru the roof, GHWB cut spending, esp military and then ws faced with the Gulf War so he had to spend on that. He realized this idiocy of cutting taxes to fix everything was an antiquated joke and he then slightly raised taxes and was crucufied by his own party for it.
-
It's not lack of experience, it's lack of cooperation from his own congressional dems. He's more experienced than many / most presidents in the way of negotiating. Or be like GWB and not veto anything for 5.5 years, is that experience or apathy and cross-fingered hope?
-
I think your points are valid but this seems to be something not easily spun. Kind of like Bush Sr. and "read my lips". That is the problem I see with it. Most of the other stuff is too easily spun in my opinion. I think the 2010 election is going to be very interesting. I really want to see how the people vote. How's your forecasted market crash working out? Are your margins due yet? Sad day for you.
-
There is some truth to that, we're still in the ME with no near sign of exit, gov transparency isn't whatg it was supposed to be, but isn't as secret as GWB, taxes aren't raised yet as promised. As for amssive spending, that's a joke. GWB's mortgage mess and 700B bailout was GWB's. GWB's passed down fiscal mess was remedied by Obama spending 787B to fix it, would you have done a Hoover? Just say no and mean yes. So I ask, what spending? Nothing to show for it? I guess since you thinbk Reagan was sucessful, I see your point. Unemp shading off Stock market fixed way ahead of time and stable GDP in great shape. You call that nothing? Of course you voted for GWB, so I'll take your nothing for what it's worth; nothing. http://www.bea.gov/newsreleases/national/gdp/gdp_glance.htm
