had that surgery in Jan. 07. i really stuck to the post op physical limitations. and waited an extra month before returning to jumping after i was cleared for normal physical activity. and i took it easy with the jumps for a bit too, H&Ps and jumps where i didn't have to crank a hard arch. haven't had any issues since. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

would you wait to crash and wait for your air bag to deploy if you saw you were about to get into a wreck but had time to try to do something about it? i sure wouldn't. back up devices may save lives but they are just that "back ups". if you've got the time to do something about the sitution, do it! why keep gambling when you're already in dicey circumstances? diamonds are a dawgs best friend

haven't even thought about trying it. life's too short to drink cheap beer. i think it's thier attempt to lure craft beer drinkers into supporting thier mass marketed swill. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

depending on the angle of the camera it can be hard to see "ready" or 1. which is usually an outward swing of the arm, head or leg, after the jumper in the group have made eye contact, nodded, or shaken each other to let the person giving the count know they are ready. then "set" or 2 is a swing back toward the plane. and "go" or 3 is a swing away from the plane pretty much simultanious with the jumpers leaving. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

can't really narrow it down to one because i've been to so many and i hope to go to many more, but these are some of the best so far: metallica in 86'- cliff burton playing Orion was awesome. pledge of allegence tour with slipknot, SOAD, and rammstien. slayer and testament on back to back nights when i lived in dallas in the early 90s. tool 07' at the baton rouge river center on the floor. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

I only responded as no one had mentioned the canopy course yet --- and thought it was at least a cheaper option....and one that can teach you how to fly the hell out of your canopy. X2 on the canopy course option. i took Germain's course 2 weeks ago and flying my Skymaster 170 loaded at .96 is fun again. i feel that honing my skills on a bigger canopy will be very beneficial for later on when i do decide to downsize. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

i don't know how new it is, but swoop pond wake boarding is always fun. and it's always a good idea to wear a helmet when being towed with the ski rope behind a dirtbike on a homemade lawnchair trike. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

IMO- stay safe and pass it up. there are always good deals to be found with used gear. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

0:4:0 my freefly partner had sinus issues so i did some crazy stuff. 1 sit train, 2 screaming demons, and 1 horny gorilla- all 3-ways. good times!! diamonds are a dawgs best friend

i am looking for pointers and ideas for my freefly partner and i. we've got about 25 jumps together and can both fly a solid sit. but we've tried just about every exit (linked and un-linked) we can think of, as well as, all the ones other more experienced freefliers have shown us. but we still end up going unstable and having to recover. which results in seperation, which in turn causes us to use up dive time to close on each other before we do anything else. i know it takes time and practice, i'm just looking for more things we can try because i'm getting tired of spending most of the dive getting back together after a botched exit. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

while i thuroughly enjoy it all i've grown particularly fond of the flow. the time when, not matter how challenging or simple the dive, time seems to slow down, flying seems to be happening naturally and you're fully living in the moment of your jump. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

i'd recommend looking at Bev Suits. i have a fast suit from them that's nylon and supplex with spandex arms and back, and like it alot. diamonds are a dawgs best friend
