That's not a valid comparison. Unless you add that the person working in the candy store no longer craves the candy but really likes the people he comes into contact with at the candy store.

Or maybe he doesn't think anyone wants to stay in touch with you if you're no longer active in the sport.. There are some who can't stand it when another changes priorities. I've seen others who've made the same decision get taunted and insulted. Thankfully it's just a few who have expressed that kind of attitude.

True, a lot of relationships don't last. Doesn't mean the in love part wasn't true at the time. And it's really nice to see/hear about people who are happy together, even if it turns out to be temporary. It's all temporary, isn't it? Life in general? Wow, I'm getting deep like you NWFlyer!!

It is pricey, but it seems like there's enough of us here in CO that love it that we should be able to split a larger chunk of time for max discount. I've definately used up this week's allowance for it (15 mins Sat and paying for another tandem this weekend), but I'm usually able to be talked into splitting some time with people. Just PM me anytime!
