  1. what would you like to know? as i said, he's a skydiver who is also an insurance agent. seeing that there is a market, they came up with a gear policy, and another, extended health policy which coers all the things normal policies avoid (flying for example) the gear policy itself is pretty simple, the whole rig is insured and it covers theft (as long as it was locked somewhere), damage, loss and so on. what else would you like to know? 2. when i was growing up i had a wallpaper with a pic of the earth as taken from the moon. not sure why, but i used to just stare at it before going to sleep. be careful what you put there thoguth, things that might look innocent to you, might cause trauma to a child (one specific african tribal mask at my grandparent's house casued me a few nightmares when i was a kid...) hmmm, these forums are like therapy sometimes O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
  3. one word : IKEA i'd go with something that is good for both while having a "boy" section and a "girl" section (around their beds maybe) so each will have his/her own private area. O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
  4. i guess that depends on who you ask, i'm sure you'd think of it as sex when you were 16 or so we have an insurance agent that jumps at my DZ, and he's made up a special gear policy. it covers everything (cutaway, damage, theft...) as long as you didnt simply put it somewhere and someone picked it up. i think its about 100$ per year, but i'm not sure... 5. just looking at a few "two out" pics... are the main and reserve lines usually the same length? i know it depends on the canopies used but i wonder if there is any effect on the way they'll fly together. O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
  6. pretty good actually. although a bit pricy compared to the US, both clubs are open all year (unless its raining) and great people too. let me know if you want more details O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
  7. you're right about one thing, times are changing. the US as the empire of the new world can't "stay out of things". it has good sides and bad sides. but muslim terrorism didnt start with Bush and sadly it wont stop there. even more sad is the fact the terror sees you wanting a peaceful solution as a weakness. so how do you fight it? let it be and absorb terror acts or fight it and make them hate you even more? its a dilemma israel has been facing for years. 8. hmmm i've bought a big safe and filled it with candy and choclate. they actually really liked it. everybody has things that would be better off in a safe but its never the first thing you need to buy for yourself... O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
  9. it may come as a shock to you, but even i, living in Israel and eating a lot of shit because of these cultural differences dont thing all arabs hate all of us. there is a real dispute here between us and them and hopefully it will be solved in a more peaceful way, but still you can't ignore the ways of terror invented by fanatic arabs in recent years. i have a few muslim/arab friends and i'd like to have more but lately i find less and less in common with their culture. 10. you got that right. their whole value system is different. not saying its better or worse than ours, but what you see as freedom and respect for others they see as weakness. O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
  11. did it once with a crazy french pilot. he also tried to shake us off while we were climbing on the wing of the pilatus. then again, he also took apart the stick and passed it along the jumpers in the back... crazy but fun dude... "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."

Neither. usually CRTis used up to about 34" or so, more than that is way too expensive, heavy and problematic. the usual 43"-61" sets are rear projection simply an internal projector projecting the image on the screen (unlike "forward" projectors like in the cinema) its pretty good and MUCH cheaper than Plasma although not as sharp, the downside is that its takes a lot of space. take a look in these links (great site btw...) Projection TVs plasma O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."

  24. i don't know what your injury is, but i know for sure that the fact that you have something to look forward to, something to motivate you to recover is the best thing ever. the human body can recover in an amazing way, i believe will power and having a goal is very important. hope you'll be up and running quickly
  25. or they simply don't mind you crashing O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."
