    Some of us wouldn't consider that broken. After all, they'll still function as intended, right? 10R, good sized. I have an assortment of "real" & "junk" ones myself. For some reason people don't want to be near me when I don my welding attire, so I use assorted sized & shaped "mechanical fingers" to hold things instead. You can never have enough clamps, EVER, if you have 100 C-clamps you'll need 103. Damn - I bet the chicks really like your dungeon. Funny thing is I may have a side job building shop equipment for Banesanura . "If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane.     I have a body hammer that I bought for my first try at bodywork in 1986, it's my second favorite tool. My most favoritest tool is my old stick welder. Grandpa got to bring it home with him when he retired from Bohn Aluminum. My dad got it when grandpa died in 1983, then he gave it to me when I bought my first real house.     One of our jumpers landed with the cutaway handle dangling from the housings. He pulled the cutaway handle, and threw it, but didn't clear the cables.     You might not in a low drag mal where you aren't putting any weight in the legstraps. I think clearing the cables is very important, especially with an RSL. That 2 inch difference in length could make it much easier to release one riser, drop the cutaway handle, then deploy the reserve manually before releasing the other riser.     The bungee bridle bight is easy enough to figure out the next time you have it open, but I haven't figured out what they changed with the RSL yet. I didn't watch the reserve being packed because I was straightening out my main. The new mods must be kind of hidden when the reserve is all closed up.     Mine fit looser without canopies in them. Didn't you have a cutaway? That's the first time I noticed it, when flying around under my reserve, I had all kinds of room to lean around in the harness. "If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane.     In Goshen they felt that they needed to go higher than normal to justify the extra expense of AFF so they tried to get 11,500. Some days they could get it some days they couldn't, they just climbed until it dropped under 200 ft/min. They had a widebody so it climbed slow to begin with. If the rigs worked out right they could be dropping a second load of static line students by the time we got to jump. I hated doing AFF video, that extra 15 minutes in the plane killed me. I like sid's answer too. I never understood why someone would want to pay $200-$300 for the first 8 jumps, then still do coach jumps for the next 17.     My DZO says that AFF gets pushed at turbine dz's because they can drop everybody on one pass. If they had static line progression students they may have to make a pass at 3,500, another at 5,500, another at 7,500, and then the rest at 12,500. All the extra passes kills a lot of time and fuel. At a 182 dz with a good radio operator the static line is much faster and more profitable for the dz than AFF. At Goshen they even had static line videos if there was staff available for it. The dz's are going to push what's more profitable for them than what's cheaper for the students. Do you guys do static line or IAD at Richmond? We had Jim come up to Angola a couple years ago and get us rated for IAD "If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane.     I'm more interested in drag cars, but I can really appreciate stuff like the Atom. My goal is to build a more streetable version of my badass lawnmower.     I'm just hitting here just wasting time. We were done jumping very early today since there was only 5 of us. We flew two loads, then went for a couple beers afterward.
