I'm a newlywed!!!:2:0 Nice weather here for a change!! Got a high jump and a H&P! Awesome!! Loved it!! And actually launched a 4-way from a 182...crazy fun!!!

I love my husband! He rocks!! He's so awesome, we're partners in marriage and business...and out of 5 employees in our little company...4 of us are skydivers! Damn...my llife rocks!!!

Oh, I'll let him base, if he wanted to, and he could have afforded all of that stuff on his own... if he wanted to. In response to the other post..I am not controlling him, he can base any time he wants. He has a perfectly good container, and he was buying 1 helmet anyway. FINALLY...have some numbers. duh...it was our honeymoon:1:37 Went on my honeymoon...was awesome! Went to Perris & split 75 min tunnel time with my husband....was sore for 3-4 days! Then the cold weather came in...went to Mesquite for the BlueSkies Boogie, did 1 H&P. It was COLD!!! Too cold to jump, but had an AWESOME skydiving honeymoon. How lucky (blessed!) am I that my husband is a skydiver??!! My first is the "equivalent" of 37 skydives in the tunnel!! It was just way too fun...!!!!

Thanks Squeak! You rock! We're having fun! Just figured we'd get all of life's most stressful moments out of the way...buying a business, buying a house, and having our grand opening all in 5 weeks. ...maybe ...lost count:4:, Pretty much my best birthday ever!! Spent it with the people I love. Then jumped on Sat. So, beer is for my first jump from a twin otter & my first pops jump . Jumpeed @ Kapowsin w/ John & Valinda, Billy & Lysa & Cheet-O Some of the nicest jumpers I've ever met. Very helpful and willing to teach. If you want to get on a load @ Kapowsin...talk to one of these folks! They'll take care of you and make sure it fits your skill level, but teaches you something too. Got a 7 pt 4 way (my most ever for a 4 way), a 4 pt 7 way (again a first for me!), a 5 way with a bunch of points, and another 7 way with 4 or 5 points. They were all AWESOME jumps!! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday weekend. Being 40 ROCKS!! To borrow a line from Squeak...MY LIFE ROCKS!! HOW'S YOURS??!!!

:1:1 Good weekend, only one jump, but first jump on my new RW suit! It kicked my ass...the booties had me going all over for a second...but I look good! It was rare in my life that I didn't have something good to say about my dad. My dad is my hero, always has been. I can honestly say he never did anything that disappointed me. I am such a daddy's girl, we just enjoyed each other's company. I would work out in the yard with him, watch football or indy racing together, we loved talking politics and history, skiied together and were comfortable hanging out with each other. Our personalities are a lot alike and if you haven't figured it out...I have a bit of a hero worship thing for my dad. He died in a skiing accident May 4 2001. The best thing about my relationship with my dad is that when he died suddenly and we didn't have any chance to say a "last goodbye"...we didn't need it. I always knew exactly how he felt about me and he knew how I felt about him. I love him and I miss him...and I'll be eternally grateful for how he raised me. Now...where's the thread about our mom's...cause I'd say the same thing about her! I'm so blessed to have incredible parents!! To borrow a line from Squeak...MY LIFE ROCKS!! HOW'S YOURS??!!!

So...here's what happened... Got my 100 a couple of weeks ago. Great jump! John organized a 2 pt 8 way that barely got the 2 points, but we got it! Was an awesome jump with my friends!!

I have been fruit looped twice and the first time I actually asked for it but didn't know it was coming! Here's the situation: I was on jump 40 or 50 something, and was jumping with a trusted friend, who is now my boyfriend. I was having trouble with getting distracted in the air and not being situational aware and that was scaring me a bit. I asked if we could do some jumps where he threw stuff at me, turns, flying around me, making me follow him, and said fruit loop, but stuff that was safe. I knew unexpected stuff was coming at me, to help me be a better jumper. On these practice jumps, I needed to constantly be aware of what he was doing, and not know what was coming next. We did it with tons of altitude, always broke and were stable before 5000. He has over 450 jumps and was aware of my skill and ability level. Additionally, I trust him implicitly (literally with my life). We were safe at all times, and it helped me a lot with learning to pay attention to everything that was going on around me, and constantly being prepared. Most importantly, it was hella fun and we got the second one on video!! To borrow a line from Squeak...MY LIFE ROCKS!! HOW'S YOURS??!!!

1:6:1 Awesome weekend! Jumped a CASA @ Skydive Ogden. The weather SUCKED all day Sat, got one jump in and had weather ALL day!! But today was awesome! To borrow a line from Squeak...MY LIFE ROCKS!! HOW'S YOURS??!!!

I ordered it end of may, it got here end of august. But I ordered it during their busines months, I think! It's great having something custom fit to me...you'll love it! Post pics!!

not yet, but am going to try next weekend @ our CASA boogie!! I wanted to jump it a few times before scaring myself half to death!! I've only jumped it 4 times!! But I promise I will not be a pussy and I will try some scary stuff!!
