  2. Over here you have to know how to spot. Starting on AFF level 8 (hop and pop), you are required to spot for yourself. HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  3. I have 60-80mph winds right now....don't give me any ideas! HISPA #93 DS #419.5

  5. hahah Im sure thats true for many of them, but the one Im talking about here is on the 108 headdown record...and before somebody says 'headdown', hes also on a 4way RW team. HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  6. I KNOW bfr's are not easy, but they sure are FUN! hahhah Last time I tried it was a 23 way out of a skyvan. We had AFFIs, World Record holders, tunnel instructors and people with 1000s of jumps....After building a 6way everything went to hell with bodies falling everywhere. Heres my view of that last try, with a little trackoff at the end: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gor6wInJUSc btw, by the time I decided to fuck it up, it was already fucked HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  7. I AM the BEST wingsuit manufacturer of the univezzzz!!! ...end of discussion. Thanks. HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  8. Just for curiosity, how big a round does it have to be to be considered a BFR? The thing is that I plan to organize one in Couch Freaks for our group of 16, but I think the least experienced (100 jumps) will back down because they are to cool to fly on their belly or it's to easy for them. Im sure the more experienced are in. So, is 12+ still a BFR? HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  9. Count me in on the Dude Way ! Or I can volunteer myself to do video/stills if theres nobody else. HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  10. Heard some cool stories this Brumo dude... My DZO was one of his friends that found his body at the antenna. They were good friends and Bob was his BASE mentor. From what I heard, he was an awesome skydiver, base jumper and person. HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  11. I dont find it too funy, but one of our TI's always throws this one... During the briefing he is explaining all the procedures and everything that is gonna be happening, and when the deployment part comes he says: "You gona be looking at your altimeter every 5-6 seconds. When you see we are around 5500' you are gonna reach with you right hand for my hip and you are gonna pull on this little golf ball. If you dont do it, I will do it. If you pull the ball and you hear me screaming, it means you are pulling on the wrong ball" Passengers always get a laugh, and he does it with men and women of all ages. HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  12. This reminded me of our last boogie... Clouds moved in when we were going up, about half the load decided to jump and the rest landed with the plane. I didnt jump. One of the guys that landed with the plane made a big scene demanding a refund, and of course he didnt get it. After that he came here to the forums to talk crap about how he got robbed at our boogie. And this is a guy that has many jumps, and has attended many boogies. Hes even staff on a veeery big DZ. hahaha jerk ,/,, HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  13. Make that 16! HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  14. Yep...ours takes about 35min from take off to landing going to 10k'. We are at sea level with temps from high 80s to mid 90s HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  15. Im doing te video on this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMxeASR-R7o It was over 3yrs ago so dont comment on my madskillz HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  16. The LAST thing I want to do is have some crazy guy do something crazy to me without knowing what's going on. I have a feeling this is more along the lines of something like an elephant walk out the plane.... bleh. but but....look at your sig line! seriously, its not dangerous once you learn how to arch, and its not done at breakoff...where do u jump? HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  17. You can also ask somebody to do a fruitloop to you. But don't ask him what it is, the surprise factor is part of the fun HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  18. I will tell you what I would do... I would stop thinking about what size to buy for now and would get current on the 240. If everything goes well after 50+ jumps doing downsizing drills, I would start jumping the 210 and eventually buy a used one and stay there for hundreds of jumps. Then a 190 when I get bored of the 210, at about 400 jumps . So a container sized for 190-210 will last me many years. I wouldnt downsize from a 240 to a 190. Thats what I would do HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  19. +1 800+ jumps on my Tri...0 malfunctions HISPA #93 DS #419.5

  24. So that would mean Skydive Temple and every other DZ that is having an event that week is trying to steal jumpers from Couch Freaks, since this year is their 30 anniversary. Any event running for longer on that week? HISPA #93 DS #419.5
