A guy paid my son $200 to stay in line for 36 hours at a Walmart to get one. I thought the guy was loony. Now it appears my son is the one who wasn't thinking. steveOrino

One of my favorite experiences is walking into a building, a bank, a hospital, an office, etc. and have to breath all the crap the smokers are polluting the air near the entrance with so that the people inside the building won't have to breath what I'm breathing just to get into their establishment. All that being said. I think what one does in their home or car is no one's business besides there own. Ban in in EVERY public place ... okay by me. steveOrino

Like I said in another thread, he doesn't represent virtually all other soldiers, but he does represent America.... we can't denounce others for bashing America after this crap. I take it you never served. There will ALWAYS be a turd among any group, military, politics, clergy, law enforcement. Makes me think about Lt. Calley and My Lai. He basically served NO TIME in prison. However he did make one good statement. Little if any is said about his origins. Much of what is attributed to him was written about someone else (ex. I'm not too scientifically minded. I wanted to help people, so I went to nursing school when I got out of Special Forces. My goal was to be a nurse anethesitist. After one year I realized while I passed chemistry and microbilogy with Cs I didn't comprehend enough. But the pysch and sociology courses were easy to comprehend. Theology is interesting to me as I'm convinced we are mental/physical/spiritual people. steveOrino
