    Not sure of the movie, but in reallife there were two fights. In the first (phantom punch) fight Ali knocked him down. I believe he connected, but that is just my opinion. In the second fight Liston could not answer the bell in a later round. Ali vs Tyson? A young Ali all the way!! He outlasted big punchers like a Foreman in his prime and Liston. He took punches well too (remember all the Frazier fights) steveOrino

    I started on IAD then switched to AFF. Everyone has their likes and dislikes about the four methods (static, IAD, Tandem progression and AFF)Personally, I really liked AFF. steveOrino
