Parents no longer allowed to teach their kids work ethics
grimmie replied to jgoose71's topic in Speakers Corner
The feds didn't want to stop kids working on their parents farms. They wanted to enact laws for kids under 16 working on other farms. Look at the injury/fatality stats. -
A Coyotes/Panthers finals would have the NHL crying...

I wonder if the Oilers would package a deal for a good D man and Lou for the 1st pick?

More SkyRide complete and total, utter CRAP!!

If every DZ would stop taking their certificates, it would stop in about a year. -

Well, I did sing O'Canada to get set free, didn't I! -
You hit the nail on the head. People take offense to being suspected versus just taking actions to eliminate themselves as a suspect either proactively or reactively. If you're Black don't walk the streets. Or you will be eliminated. Criminal thugs tend to dress a certain way, perhaps not wear the same things? They also act a certain way towards authority figures, perhaps not act that way? Bolas, You have been watching too many TV shows and movies. Criminals come in all sizes, shapes and clothing. Yes, most gangbangers, skin heads, bikers, etc. tend to dress a certain way. But many thugs, murderers, rapists, muggers, purse snatchers etc. are dressed in everyday clothing. Some of the worst crimes I have seen commited were by very ordinary looking folks. If hoodies are a sign of criminals, then most everyone at the World Series of Poker should be arrested.

No Hawks, Pens, Sharks, Canucks, Red Wings. What if the Rangers lose to Ottawa? Bettman must be worried about ratings now

Let me handle this Bonnie, I speak fluent Canuckian... Remi, May 5th, Eh! -
I think most people have already taken sides before the real facts have been presented in court. Was Zimmerman acting in defense of his offense? Was Martin afraid for his life and go on the offensive for his defense? This will go to court three times. Criminal, civil and then a "Stand your ground" legal case.

MAF couldn't stop a beach ball, damn So... let's go KINGS! Do the Nucks trade Luongo? Do the Sharks trade everyone? Do the Dead Wings make a deal to get younger? By the way, Jonathan Quick is the best keeper in the league. i wish he was a Penguin

Montana Gov: Romney’s father ‘born into polygamy commune in Mexico’

worse than Obama is doing right now??? Wow, you have high a tolerance for pain You still have your guns. Taxes haven't gone up, no one has attacked us, the economy is recovering from the Bush era, we are out of Iraq and soon Afghanistan. Other than he is a democrat, black and wants healthcare for citizens, what's the problem? -
I'm not a doctor, but I play one at the drop zone. What does your real doctor have to say about it? You'll get lots of internet doctors weighing in on the thread as soon as they are finished googling lipid levels.

Who knew there were Republicans in Bethel Park He should have gone to Clairton to see what those folks think about Republicans

I know I can go to Cuba. I really wanted to know what gives the government the power to stop citizens from traveling to certain places.
-
Kings are too good defensively. Canucks had better start booking their tee times. That game last night was a few brilliant saves by Schneider away from the sweep.
-
For the legal eagles in the crowd. What gives the US State Department power to restrict US citizens from traveling to other countries? signed, Wanna go to Cuba someday
-
Schneider made some amazing saves to keep the Canucks off of the golf course. The Pens/Flyers series is 1985 hockey. And the teams are all gooning it up like it's 1974's Broad Street Bullies.

No one operates in Belize, Nicaragua or Honduras. There is a part time DZ in Guatemala, but a friend that has jumped there doesn't recommended training there. I'm not sure if the guys are still jumping a club type DZ in El Salvador. Panama has a DZ, but I don't know anything about their AFF program. Eden North is a very fun, safe and well run DZ in Edmonton, AB. Perris, Elsinore and Skydive San Diego are nice places to get certified in SoCal.

The laundry list of talking points about Romney are my own. Romney is a flat out liar and a flip flopper like no other. All politicians say a lot of stuff, but he is the king of misspeaking. I think he will get slayed in any debate with Obama. That's just my own opinion of course. Some of us here in SC like actual debate, not snide little comments that add zero to the conversation. I think there are many different Republicans that could have been a more viable POTUS.
-
After watching the Republican debates and primary speeches for so long, I have a question. How in the world will Mitt Romney be able to hold his own in a debate with Obama? Romney has flip flopped all over the place. ObamaCare was his idea. Romney has flat out lied, a lot. Romney can't attack him on national security with any real zest. The economy has improved. When Mitt goes after job losses, Obama can wreck him with some Bain deals job loss numbers. Obama hasn't taken any guns as predicted. So what does Mitt have that gives him any type of advantage in the debates?

Pens forgot how to play "D" in just one week... So....GO KINGS!!!!!
-
Blue Skies, Howard. Sorry we never made a jump together as planned.

Look at the goalie pads of that era, tiny.
