I found some weird program (DLHelperEXE) in my startup menu that I didn't place there and deleted it. I restarted my computer and thought that you had found the problem but it has started back now. grrrrrrrrrrrr! Now I wonder what else I have screwed up by deleting that program. Has anyone ever had this problem? My desktop icons move away from my cursor by themselves. It is like they don't want me to click them. I have performed a virus scan and do not have any viruses that I can find. I have uninstalled the last few programs that I installed and it didn't help. It is weird. When I restart my computer it stops for a few minutes and then starts back. Anybody have any ideas? "Some cause happiness wherever they go; others, whenever they go."

Actually, I heard that he took the vacation because the shooter from the grassy knoll was threatening him and everyone was about to discover that we really didn't land on the moon in 1969. What warning did we receive that would indicate terrorists were going to hijack four commercial planes with box cutters and fly them into the Pentagon and the World Trade Center Buildings? There were snippets of intel but not enough to call this man a liar. There might have been an intelligence failure but calling them liars is extreme based on what I know. I did and it seemed to help. It generated some questions during the interview. Based on those questions I think it show that I was active, confident, and able to achieve long term goals. I didn't realize anyone lied about the warnings? They said afterwards that they had no specific information beforehand that this was going to happen and that is the truth. The administration sent out a warning to the FAA but not the general public. The question in the media is did they do enough with the information that they had. I think Clinton lied under oath about cheating on his wife which is something that I do not expect of my leaders. If you think it is fine and dandy then that is up to you. The Clinton Administration had most of the same information that the Bush Administration had therefore when I say we couldn't have done anything about the attacks I'm including Clinton's Administration also. I drive a 1988 Nissan truck. It is white with some orange-rust colored highlighting . Gets about 50 mpq (of oil, abut 20 mpg gas) and I'm getting a small tax break from the city for fogging these damned Arkansas mosquitos. No one has ever accused me of being car proud. I received threat warnings like this on a daily basis while in Saudi Arabia. The problem is that they are not specific enough to take action against. Before Sep 11 the FBI's hands were basically tied unless the hijacking was under way or had already occurred. I don't see that anything could have been done unless they had reliable and verifiable information detailing flight numbers, terrorist names with proof of his/her intent, or a specific target with the date and type of attack planned. If we reacted to every threat received we wouldn't have any resources left to do anything else. This blame game crap is just a political maneuver and a waste of time. At my DZ (Cessna 182) they hook up at about 8,000 ft. It would be extremely uncomfortable to ride up hooked up but would probably be safer if you had to suddenly bail. "Some cause happiness wherever they go; others, whenever they go."
