  1. Nice to see your congregation admit that the science isn't settled. Just like with gravity and quantum mechanics, there's always something more to learn. And as always, deniers of both.
  2. Or take the wings off, truck it to Nashville, Dollywood, etc. New exterior paint job and welcome tourists.
  3. Yeah there is. Not funny. Not smart. Bad taste. There are as many nutty liberals as there are conservatives.
  4. That's pretty much....it. When the republican party sees strong indications about midterm elections. They adopted trump and they can dump trump. trump's baggage accumulates as each week goes by. They have a legislative agenda and they need to get busy on it setting distractions aside. Its not getting easier. They see the polls. They know how many messages arrive at the office each day about the president. At some point, its time to hit the lifeboats and let the Titanic trump go down. In the meantime the trifecta of legislative power is in effect. They will try to use it.
  5. and the result is: Forty-three percent of voters want Congress to begin impeachment proceedings, according to a new POLITICO/Morning Consult poll, up from 38 percent last week. Up 5% in a single week while he was on his trip. a 54-percent majority of those believe Trump “has proven he is unfit to serve and should be removed from office, regardless of whether he committed an impeachable offense or not.” Only 43 percent of those seeking impeachment believe Trump has committed an offense that meets the high constitutional standards for removal. http://www.politico.com/story/2017/05/31/trump-impeach-polling-238947
  6. You could well be right but to add they knew that they didn't want HRC. She hatred Putin before the election and viewed him exactly like John McCain does. I'll also add that Putin views Russian strength ads good for his ability to keep the domestic audience in line. To enable him and his kleptocratic buddies still feasting at the trough.
  7. I like him. He is perfect for the job.

Donald Trump acted like 'a drunk tourist' on Europe trip that led Angela Merkel to proclaim end of US alliance President took harsher stance against European allies than against leaders of Middle East in Riyadh Donald Trump was like a “drunk tourist” on his first trip abroad, which saw awkward handshakes with the French President, shoving the Prime Minister of Montenegro and causing German Chancellor Angela Merkel to declare the end of the US alliance with Europe. A US State Department official blasted the “arrogance” of the President as he flew from Saudi Arabia and Israel to Europe last week. “Loud and tacky, shoving his way around the dance floor. He steps on others without realising it. It’s ineffectual.” http://www.independent.co.uk/news/donald-trump-trip-abroad-saudi-arabia-europe-nato-climate-change-human-rights-handshakes-a7761036.html

Macron slams 'lying Russian propaganda' in frank talks with Putin "Maybe they were Russian hackers, maybe they were not," he said. A more candid Macron let fly when questioned about two pro-Kremlin media outlets that were barred from his campaign headquarters after being accused of a smear campaign. The RT broadcaster and Sputnik agency are "organs of influence and untruthful propaganda, nothing more, nothing less," he declared. RT's chief editor Margarita Simonyan, in a statement, dismissed Macron's comment as "baseless accusations" for which "not a single piece of evidence" had been provided. Macron also took the bull by the horns on human rights, saying Putin had promised him "the whole truth" about an alleged crackdown on gay men in Russian-controlled Chechnya and warning he would be "vigilant" on the issue. 'No concessions' France's youngest ever president made a successful debut on the world stage last week, holding his own against Trump at a NATO summit in Brussels and winning plaudits from his peers at a G7 summit in Italy. Meanwhile, in the USA, in the WH trump excludes US media and invites Russian media, IN THE OVAL OFFICE!!!
  10. Putin's Russian TV says Donald Trump more dangerous than North Korean leader Russian state television has no doubt who is unpredictable enough to bring the world to war in the North Korean crisis, and it's not the reclusive communist dictator Kim Jong-Un. According to Dmitry Kiselyov, the Kremlin's top TV mouthpiece, the riskiest is Donald Trump, the man Russian officials and propagandists hailed just a few weeks ago as just the kind of leader the world needed. In the latest sign of the Kremlin's abrupt about-face on its erstwhile American hero, Kiselyov pronounced Trump "more dangerous" than his North Korean counterpart. http://www.stuff.co.nz/world/europe/91639938/Putins-Russian-TV-says-Donald-Trump-more-dangerous-than-North-Korean-leader John McCain says Putin is the 'premier threat' and is more dangerous than ISIS The Arizona Senator said in an interview that Putin was the 'most important' threat Said because of mounting evidence the Kremlin had tried to influence the outcome of the US and French elections Criticized President Trump for not responding to the evidence Addressed reports about Trump campaign's alleged ties to Russia 'This is becoming more and more bizarre. In fact, you can't make it up,' McCain said http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4552516/John-McCain-saysPutin-dangerous-ISIS.html Putin Is More Dangerous Than ISIS and 1,000 Al Qaedas Says Garry Kasparov http://www.newsweek.com/putin-more-dangerous-isis-and-1000-al-qaedas-says-garry-kasparov-274319 North Korea: Is Kim Jong Un 'the world's most dangerous man'? http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/28/asia/north-korea-kim-jong-un-year-end-lookahead/

Mike Dubke, the White House communications director, has resigned from his position, a move that could portend a wider shakeup of the team, CBS News and The Washington Post are reporting Tuesday.... Dubke, who had been on the job three months, resigned May 18,.. The job of the White House communications director is to promote the administration’s agenda and coordinate its messaging. Dubke came to the White House in February to help ease some of Sean Spicer’s responsibilities. https://www.theatlantic.com/news/archive/2017/05/mike-dubke-out/528462/

Knowing where the middle East was would be a good start. Trump Humiliates Himself By Not Knowing That Israel Is In The Middle East http://www.politicususa.com/2017/05/22/trump-israel.html The title is a little misleading because trump 's ego shields personal humiliations.

This week’s bombing in Manchester, England, was another gruesome reminder that the threat from radical Islamist terrorism is ongoing. And President Trump’s journey to the Middle East illustrated yet again how the country central to the spread of this terrorism, Saudi Arabia, has managed to evade and deflect any responsibility for it. In fact, Trump has given Saudi Arabia a free pass and a free hand in the region.... But Trump was talking not of his host, Saudi Arabia, but rather of Iran. Now, to be clear, Iran is a destabilizing force in the Middle East and supports some very bad actors. But it is wildly inaccurate to describe it as the source of jihadist terror. According to an analysis of the Global Terrorism Database by Leif Wenar of King’s College London, more than 94 percent of deaths caused by Islamic terrorism since 2001 were perpetrated by the Islamic State, al-Qaeda and other Sunni jihadists. Iran is fighting those groups, not fueling them. Almost every terrorist attack in the West has had some connection to Saudi Arabia. Virtually none has been linked to Iran. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/global-opinions/saudi-arabia-just-played-donald-trump/2017/05/25/d0932702-4184-11e7-8c25-44d09ff5a4a8_story.html?utm_term=.8afbd3d44747 Iran is no prize in its support for Assad and Hezbollah. But the Saudi's are worse. As the article states lining up with a Saudi-Sunni coalition against the Shia in the middle east is a big mistake. I doubt trump could ever figure out the nuances of the middle-east Arab world.

President Trump's two elder sons and daughter-in-law huddled with Republican leaders at the party's Washington headquarters this week to discuss the GOP's strategy heading into the 2018 midterm elections and 2020 presidential race, The Washington Post reported Saturday. http://thehill.com/homenews/news/335425-trumps-sons-daughter-in-law-huddled-with-rnc-leaders-to-discuss-strategy-report Conflict of interests for this administration have gout the window give all the other more serious misconduct. trump's kids are supposed to be managing his business.
  15. I'm on TECO (house in Tampa). Haven't been able to do the search recently.... because as I also mentioned, each home owner should do their own cost-benefit analysis, and what they can afford. I've recently done some other work on the house, which has combined to reduce the power requirements dramatically. When I have more people living in the house in the future, I'll look into the solar upgrades at that time. Florida power battles: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-39258421
  16. Former head of the NSA and CIA Gen. Michael Hayden. IMO this is the smartest guy on CNN http://www.mediaite.com/trump/michael-hayden-on-jared-kushners-request-to-russians-ignorance-chaos-hubris/ I still think its treason.
  17. Starting to look like that which was the reason many voted for the village idiot to start with. Former acting CIA director John McLaughlan on Friday responded to reports that President Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner discussed setting up a secret communications line between Trump's transition team and the Kremlin, saying if such reports are true, it would be considered espionage. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/335398-ex-cia-director-if-kushner-set-up-secure-line-with-russia-cia
  18. Well, the US really is the head of NATO so I don't see why the President shouldn't be up front for the pictures at a NATO meeting. Having the US in front does free up the rest of you to spend your capital on things like free healthcare, free this, free that, so quit your bitchin'. We've got you covered on the defense front. Do you think that maybe they would have taken a minute or two to organize the people in an appropriate order? Do you think that they would have snubbed the US as far as where Trump got to stand in the picture? Could Trump have waited one or two seconds for a path to open up? Or does his narcissism dictate that he be in front all the time? And does his insecurity dictate that he has to be in front right now or maybe they'll take the pic without him in front? He needs someone to tell him when he's acting rudely and insensitively (he's doing it again). Everyone has become acclimated to the eight year long Obama 'apology tour.' Now they flip out because there is a President unafraid to demand the level of respect that comes with being in the driver seat of the free world. No insult intended. Have you ever left the continental US? Or just a little early morning flippancy? Actually yes. Let's see- Germany, Belgium, Lux, France, Guyana interior savanah and jungle, Haiti back in the mountains, Brazil, Mexico, Nicaragua, probably a few more I forgot. Are you asking for a reason? And as a followup one of the first things I saw the Big O do as President was take a world-wide tour in AF1 to apologize to every other country in the world and tell them how much the US sucks. You may have seen it differently, but that was what I saw. When Donald Trump was seen brushing his way past Montenegro Prime Minister Dusko Markovic for a group photo at a NATO summit in Brussels this week, many Europeans came to the same conclusion: The American president came off looking like a bully... German comedian Jan Boehmermann also turned to Twitter to compare Trump to a hungry man barging his way past others to get to the front of the line for an all-you-can-eat buffet.... An American, Richard J. Martinez, said he has confronted widespread negativity while traveling in Europe this month. “Anytime someone hears we are from the States, a negative conversation ensues and instant judgment begins,” he said. “If you're traveling, try not to bring his name up.”.. “Trump is seen as the epitome of the ‘ugly American’,” Jaeger said. “He’s loud, uncouth, ignorant, disgustingly and flamboyantly rich.” Trump’s image as an outsider continued in Italy on Friday at the G-7 meeting in Taormina, Italy, where the distance between Trump and the others was as much physical as political. The presidents, chancellor and prime ministers of France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Canada and the United Kingdom walked the streets of Taormina. Trump followed in a golf cart. http://www.latimes.com/world/europe/la-fg-trump-europe-impressions-20170526-story.html
  19. Jared Kushner reportedly talked with a top Russian official in early December about establishing a private communications channel between President Trump's transition team and the Kremlin. The president's son-in-law and senior adviser inquired about using Russian diplomatic facilities for the communications, apparently to shield the talks, U.S. officials briefed on intelligence reports told The Washington Post. Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergei Kislyak told his superiors that Kushner floated the idea during a meeting at Trump Tower on Dec. 1 or 2, according to the Post, which cited intercepts of Russian communications reviewed by U.S. officials. http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/335382-kushner-wanted-secure-line-with-kremlin-before-inauguration-report i.e. Have Kushner and or trump go to the Russian embassy to have secure communications with RUSSIA-PUTIN using Russian secure lines. Simply stunning. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/05/27/jared-kushner-wanted-secret-channel-kremlinrussian-ambassador/ Reuters was first to report last week that a proposal for a back channel was discussed between Flynn and Kislyak as Trump prepared to take office. The Washington Post was first to report on Friday that Kushner participated in that conversation. Separately, there were at least 18 undisclosed calls and emails between Trump associates and Kremlin-linked people in the seven months before the Nov. 8 presidential election, including six calls with Kislyak, sources told Reuters earlier this month. . Two people familiar with those 18 contacts said Flynn and Kushner were among the Trump associates who spoke to the ambassador by telephone. Reuters previously reported only Flynn’s involvement in those discussions. Six of the sources said there were multiple contacts between Kushner and Kislyak but declined to give details beyond the two phone calls between April and November and the post-election conversation about setting up a back channel. It is also not clear whether Kushner engaged with Kislyak on his own or with other Trump aides. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-fbi-kushner-exclusive-idUSKBN18N018

  21. It doesn't matter what was said. "He insulted my mom" is not a viable defense for a "body slam." Assault is assault. Defense against a viable thread of violence before the actual violence happens is a different matter. Link: https://definitions.uslegal.com/f/fighting-words/ There are a couple serious factors here. - there was nothing really of substance to set the assault off. Really makes one question his anger management issues. - he was a reporter, with a mike, in a public forum. Yet there was a complete lack of self control on behalf of the Congressman elect. Supporters can look the other way, accept the apology and move on as though nothing happened. But the man is 56 and if thats all it takes there is something disconnected with his impulse control.
  22. Gianforte and Jacobs have a history: Last month, Jacobs reported that Gianforte owns about $250,000 in shares in two index funds that have investments in Russian companies that are under U.S. sanctions... Tom Tancredo, a former Republican congressman from Colorado, said: ...He denied that Gianforte’s “body slam” of a journalist should be disqualifying, adding: “I certainly wanted to many times but I managed to restrain myself.”... A press release from Gianforte’s camp specifically branded Jacobs a “liberal” journalist, while House minority leader Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, called Gianforte “a wannabe Trump”.... Republican pollster and consultant Frank Luntz said: “I wonder how Republicans would’ve responded if it was a Democrat in question. I’ve been saying for months that there is a poison in American politics that will destroy everyone. I’m afraid it’s happening.” https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/may/26/greg-gianfortes-victory-in-montana-hands-republican-party-a-fresh-liability Above from the newspaper that employs the reporter that was assaulted.
  23. Absolutely. trump recognizes the Saudi ability to award trump, Kushner enterprises billions in business. Prime Minister Dusko Markovic, who is a Montenegro? Peasants to the side, let me through. The new imperialism is here to rule.
  24. This is why the rest of the world thinks we're dicks. He's not God. What language do aviation use in air traffic control communications world wide? English of course. Silly me! English... invented in the USA!!
