    Q

Some may think QAnon doesn't warrant close scrutiny. The man who threatened Mrs. Pelosi and the Washington mayor. came prepared. He had "2,500 rounds of ammunition, including at least 320 “armor-piercing” rounds" He said “I predict that within the next 12 days, many in our country will die,” The QAnon believer reached his destination late Wednesday ready for battle. After learning that Vice President Mike Pence wasn’t going to stop the certification of Biden’s Electoral College victory, Meredith texted, “War time,” In later messages, he warned that he was “3.5 hours from target practice,” “Ready to remove several craniums from shoulders,” and “so ready to FK SOME TRAITORS UP.” “I ain’t goin to jail,” he wrote at one point. “[T]he morgue maybe, not jail.” Meredith brought with him a Glock covered in an American flag skin, an assault-style rifle with telescopic sight, high-capacity magazines" Meredith told authorities he “may wander over to the Mayor’s office and put a 5.56 in her skull,” calling her a “FKG c---.” He also said he was, “Thinking about heading over to Pelosi C---’s speech and putting a bullet in her noggin on Live TV,” later describing the California Democrat as a “Dead B--- Walking.” “I hope you’re reading this Mr. FBI agent, FK U,” he said after threatening Bowser. “You get that one Mr. Marxist FBI Agent?” he sent in a text after threatening Pelosi. “Go FK yourself.” This is QAnon, what four years of trump and the last decade of the GOP has created. Perhaps deprogramming these people may be harder than getting rid of Covid.
  2. God's people support social justice and social equality. Lucifer, AKA Donald trump has led false Christians to temptation, to evil. Even GOP donors are turning away. “Lawmakers’ actions leading up to and during last week’s insurrection will weigh heavy in our evaluation of future support. And we will continue to look for ways to support those policymakers who reject the politics of division and work together to move our country forward,” said Emily Seidel, CEO of Americans for Prosperity and senior adviser to AFP Action, the group's super PAC. Seidel’s statement follows months of the network working to operate more independently of the Republican Party. Billionaire Charles Koch has become increasingly dissatisfied with the tactics and policies of President Donald Trump and did not support him during his 2016 or 2020 election bids. The Koch move comes after numerous corporate PACs began suspending their donations to Republicans who challenged President-elect Joe Biden’s victory last week. Many of those businesses were acting in response to pressure from clients and customers." Soon the wheat will be separated from the chaff. The wheat made into bread for all to eat, those who endorsed evil and trump will not enjoy the feast.
  3. White Supremacism Is a Domestic Terror Threat That Will Outlast Trump Regardless of what happens in the next week to ten days. Right wing and white nationalist terror plots will continue if not expand. Report: Far-Right Terrorism Rises as Islamist Terrorism Declines
  4. I'll hire you as my spellcheck and phononics proof reader
  5. The 50 states capitols...hey the is the new America. So you're on you own because we got ours. FBI warns of plans for armed protests at all 50 state capitals next week Canada has a half dozen troops and another dozen reservists available. The US would have to transport however because our last serviceable C-130 is still in the shop. Hey its got 65,400 TT.
  6. I think this guy is an excetion. By happenstance you've discovered what appears to be the only evangelical ever! To have the teachings of Christ at the center of his thought. How he has kept his job at the Franklin Graham(billy-bob's son) school of racism and sexual deviancy is unknown to me. It appears as if Ed Stetzer,is a evangelical deviant in the mold of Mitt Romney. I had no idea they existed. Fellow evangelicals: stop falling for Trump’s anti-immigrant rhetoric. from Nov 6, 2018 It’s un-Christian to demonize the pilgrim. From a CNN interview 'Q: How much of evangelicals’ concern is driven by the sense that America is becoming less of a white, Christian nation? A: That’s a huge part of it. But when I hear people say, “I want to take my country back,” I wonder, back to what? Because the height of religiosity was in the 1950s, and I don’t know many people of color or women who want to go back to the ‘50s. The other thing is that God doesn’t have a country. We have to stop thinking like we are the “new Israel.” Christian leaders have to disciple people away from that belief." and "Ed Stetzer is grappling with a moral crisis. Stetzer, the director of the Billy Graham Center at Wheaton College, is preaching the Gospel to his fellow Christians. And they’re not listening. "
  7. IMO the fraud of trump's efforts in the past and which continue today. To steal the election and all which goes with it. Is close to the events of a week ago. Yes five people died a week ago. But another term of trump and trumpism would have killed several magnitudes more. The "whitecollar" fraud was foiled because Americans revolted against trumpism. As an aside trump has drastically reduced his claims and lies about the theft of his "victory". He has failed to speak against his base who evidently still plan insurrection today. More acts of violence. Yet his enablers and base still repeat the biggest lies. Is that not worse? Or does it take more US lives?
  8. There is allot to learn. Including vaccine effectiveness where delayed second doses are at issue. I guess my thinking originated subsequent to reading an article that suggested the long term status of Covid19 will be a early childhood inconvenience. Obviously after the whole world is vaccinated and variants of the virus are properly put into their place by medical science. Until the wet markets of China unleash the next trans-species virus on the world. Which at its current pace should be about 2026
  9. Well whatabout...... I guess I'm wrong and skydecker makes a VALID point. Although I sustain my view that life supersedes the possible lingering and what is still short term (less than a year is still short term) and what can be isolated severe symptoms.
  10. You're mistaken. The only circumstance where such thinking makes sense is where attending physicians ascertain the covid sick patient has little chance of survival. There is NO evidence of the long term disabilities arising from covid. Yes I know all about 75% of covid intensive care patients having reoccurring symptoms. This pandemic is less than a year old. Age within the ethical discussion of vaccine distribution is largely related to the preservation of life. In addition many studies have shown that younger people are less affected and have lower transmission rates. Those are the factors that have led medical ethicists to lay out the current plans for vaccine distribution. In almost every country in the world. With higher age, comorbidity factors taking precedent over most other factors. in the distribution of vaccine.

    covid-19

"Scientists in Brazil have downgraded the efficacy of a Chinese coronavirus vaccine that they hailed as a major triumph last week, diminishing hopes for a shot that could be quickly produced and easily distributed to help the developing world. Officials at the Butantan Institute in São Paulo said on Tuesday that a trial conducted in Brazil showed that the CoronaVac vaccine, manufactured by the Beijing-based company Sinovac, had an efficacy rate just over 50 percent. That rate, slightly above the benchmark that the World Health Organization has said would make a vaccine effective for general use, was far below the 78 percent level announced last week." China lying about Covid, who'd a thunk it?
  12. Its somewhat astonishing to read that 15,000 fully armed troops will be needed at the capitol. Just to bring in a new president. The sacred cows of white supremacists, the gun culture are all just a part of American identity. India America
  13. jakee, you don't have that new variant do you?
  14. Currently the vote for impeachment in the senate is only six votes short. And if the House impeaches Trump, are there 66 senators (including 18 Republicans) who would vote to remove him from office this time around? As many as 12 GOP votes to impeach Its been a long six days, perhaps that little fact has slipped his mind?
  15. Nobody but nobody has sold more fear...er...guns than the NRA. The NRA operates hand in trigger with the industry to spread fear to drive sales. Drive stockpiling. The Gun Industry in America. by the Center for American Progress "A new survey by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service shows that today, only about 5 percent of Americans, 16 years old and older, actually hunt. That's half of what it was 50 years ago and the decline is expected to accelerate over the next decade." "But America’s gun super-owners, have amassed huge collections. Just 3% of American adults own a collective 133m firearms – half of America’s total gun stock. These owners have collections that range from eight to 140 guns, the 2015 study found. Their average collection: 17 guns each." A good term for these superstockpilers of weapons would be trump supporters, or old white men. From 1994 to 2014 the percentage of American men that owned guns declined by 10%. No he's waiting for Wayne's latest talking points. But Wayne is worried about his income taxes and other liabilities about his theft of members funds.
  16. "So far, an average of 49 percent of Americans support Vice President Mike Pence and the Cabinet removing Trump from office by invoking the 25th Amendment... that 52 percent of Americans support Trump’s ouster, while only 42 percent oppose it" through impeachment. Polling this week.
  17. Who'd a thunk it! Whites charged for crimes against Blacks. White politicians at that! Cue Greenwood's God Bless the USA. Evangelicals must be cowering in their churches. Glancing at each other in horror. Wondering how it all went so wrong.
  18. "Rendall Brock Jr., a retired Air Force Reserve lieutenant colonel, was arrested on Sunday in Texas after he was seen carrying flex-cuffs, wearing a Kevlar, and rocking military patches on his body armor inside of the Senate chamber at the U.S. Capitol." From that same story, nothing like wearing your drivers license on your arm during an insurrection.
  19. Mitch McConnell said trumps actions impeachable. Katko becomes first Republican to say he'll vote to impeach Trump trump's Teflon shield is starting to tear. It seems as though once corporate donors announced a suspension of political donations the Teflon of trumps shield began to weaken.
  20. Somehow the evolution of humans, of human society and why its the dominant species. Is beyond the comprehension of some. They would choose to live in a jungle where the strongest feed the weakest to nature. In the 1930's someone else had the ideals of blonde hair, blue eyes, etc. as the perfect specimen.
  21. The Proud Boys, other white supremacists, together with the usual mix of MAGA supporters have become full co-worshipers with evangelicals. While corporations, political leaders including GOP senators have broke from trump. Evangelicals continue their trump allegiance. How White Evangelical Christians Fused With Trump Extremism. "A potent mix of grievance and religious fervor has turbocharged the support among Trump loyalists, many of whom describe themselves as participants in a kind of holy war. Before self-proclaimed members of the far-right group the Proud Boys marched toward the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, they stopped to kneel in the street and prayed in the name of Jesus. The group, whose participants have espoused misogynistic and anti-immigrant views, prayed for God to bring “reformation and revival.” They gave thanks for “the wonderful nation we’ve all been blessed to be in.” They asked God for the restoration of their “value systems,” and for the “courage and strength to both represent you and represent our culture well.” And they invoked the divine protection for what was to come. Then they rose. Their leader declared into a bullhorn that the media must “get the hell out of my way.” And then they moved toward the Capitol."
  22. Yes and by pointing that out you inherently know its irresponsible. Thanks. I personally felt like I had opened at 1600' by going to McDonalds last week for take-out.
  23. This and its commonly called social responsibility. A core value of every good citizen.
  24. All true and point taken but here is an article from "Responsible Statecraft" dated just pre-pandemic. "on Monday Trump’s campaign released a letter signed by over 230 retired generals and admirals supporting the president’s policies and condemning Joe Biden. Their sentiments echoed the president’s greater talking points on the trail: “With the Democratic Party welcoming to socialists and Marxists, our historic way of life is at stake.” The letter continues:" Aside from the obvious traditional support due to military budget funding by the GOP. There has been support by the most infamous general Michael Flynn, traitor to America. But America is not alone because other NATO allies are dealing with populists with fascist inclinations. That being Turkey and Poland. The founding fathers of America recognized this and did the Roman senate well before christ. Thankfully generals like Mattis and others do their best to keep the US military professional and apolitical. Apolitical by refusing to overtly support parties and politicians. But who at the same time should have well developed political consciousness.
