Static line up to h+p (which was the only jump I ever did with a rip cord) but then I moved and had to start at new dz. They had me do some ppct's on the IAD system so they new what I could do, and then I had another h+p, this time with leg-mount pc. Loved every one of them.

I've never been married, so take this with a big ol' fat grain of salt, but if I was in your shoes I'd probably do something tactless like say, "Honey, I'm gonna buy that new jumpsuit I've been wanting." (This is assuming you have the $$$) of something like, "Hey, you want to come with me? I'm gonna go to the dz tomorrow." If she really wants to argue then you can pull out the little $20,000 bullet and load that into your argument. Of course, like I said, no marriage here

I think that there are moments when they are necessary, but I totally think they are way over-used. It actually really annoys me when so many kids get put on the shit. By most people's standards today I could have used some when I was young. Instead I played outside, a lot, and had my mom busting my ass if I screwed around with the school work. She knew I'd get into all kinds of stuff, and if it didn't hurt anything other than her sense of patience she didn't care. Seems to have worked out okay since I'm alive and doing fine, not to mention I did just fine in school once it became apparent that it would be good for my well being to buckle down and do it. I managed to get good score on my ACT's and my ASVAB and all that crap, and I did ok at college. Point is, I think a lot (notice I didn't say all) of the time these drugs are just an excuse for parents not controling their kids. Truman Sparks for President

Been there, took the tour for an ROTC class I took in college. The only part that kind of freaked me out was the NBC training compound in the middle of the woods. Didn't get to go in of course, but got to drive around it while told us that it was one of the only places that nasty things like VX and anthrax and all their friendly little cousins are actually alive. That coupled with the fact that they had those bunkers set up all around it, but facing in towards it not out to guard it, kind of made fe feel funny. Truman Sparks for President
