I've ordered mine from SA - all good and proper according to the dealer out there. I'm getting a Superfly with hip rings, stainless steel mini rings etc. - all the usual options You shouldn't put a knife in the toaster - but you're an adult now !!!

At my DZ if you want a WARP jump you just pay their slot. It's good becuase they love the sport so they're putting something back in. Plus, they like skydiving as much as the rest of us so it's a "free" jump for them. You shouldn't put a knife in the toaster - but you're an adult now !!!

A new container will probably set you back the best part of that 2000 bucks, so I'd go with second hand kit for a 100 / 200 jumps then look at something that you'll be jumping for a longer period. You should look at South African kit - I've ordered my rig complete from there for just over 1400 GBP - about your budget. That's all new kit with lots of options as well. But it's not the same as freefall though. Never been in a tunnel but I like the whole experience. Besides, there's a brick wall at the edge of the universe so they can't be that bad.

I'm making it big enough that you can fly planes up to altitude. Or if your BASE inclined, there's going to be levels built onto the wall at regular intervals. Balloon jumps will also not be a problem as there is no wind !!
