Wings seem to be the most popular new container at the moment, or you could go for Javelin, Vector, Vortex II, etc..... As for canopies, you should go for a sabre / sabre 2 / hornet / safire etc. There's loads of choice. For your first rig, the canopy shouldn't really be loaded over about 1:1. Ask people at your DZ as they know how you land etc. and can advise you better. You shouldn't put a knife in the toaster - but you're an adult now !!!
