*bumpity-bump* Saw HOV yesterday and was knocked out. Like Sid says, it works on many different levels. (FYI, DVD release is March 14th) Btw, I don't think Viggo Mortenson I loved the ending and how he references (and ultimately rethinks) John Ford's "The Searchers". Pretty ballsy and way cool. A critic references Superman returning to Smallville but I think this is a false note given the political allegory and the critique of the Bush administration....IMHO.

I am the same way with regard to food, too. I ALWAYS save my fave for last, eat hot stuff first (like fries) while something else sits, eat cake and save frosting for last (picture a framed house). it's.....NOT good. You should see me eat vietnamese pho......now THAT is compulsive. Between the basil, fish sauce, vinegar, lime juice, and chiles........it's gets interesting.

M&M's or Skittles or mixed nuts or any other "mixed" type candy/snack must be seperated into individual components and then each component must be eaten down so that they're all even. Then they must be eaten evenly from each component so that they remain even.

you absofrickinglutely did the right thing. The restaurant business is brutal and you have to show no fear and that there is no way you are gonna take any shit. They are just feeling you out anyway. the combo of my heritage, psycho parents, and too much foodtv makes me a mess when I am gonna have people over. I get too crazy about stuff, especially when someone is helping and doing everything wrong while singlehandedly ruining the party before it even starts!!! hey, I never said I didn't have issues.

Fair enough. I'm inclined to agree with you now that I actually look at his list of movies and realize he didn't direct some of what I thought he did. But it's still a beautiful movie. even from the previews, this is obvious and at least part of the reason I will be going. The only problem is that living in this hillbilly town, I have to wait till the 30th.
