    It's after. But they don't tell them that, obviously. The DZOs at Skydive Smoky Mountains were talking about this when I was up there. Says it's killing their business since people from the area drive farther b/c they think the tandem is so much cheaper. But I guess they've heard back from some people who actually went to make a "$129 tandem...the cheapest anywhere!" who said that the $70 they deposited initially was never refunded or applied to their tandem and they had to pay the $129 on top of that deposit.     I do that too, although I put the PB on 1st b/c it keeps the bread from getting soggy. How about using those squeezable jellies they have now?     The person on the ground talks to all students. This was the practice at the DZ where I went through AFF. They had an Otter. The DZO would be on the ground and talk all the students in on the same frequency. Hey would assign us numbers..."Jumper #1" etc. I'm not sure this is the best practice, but I know it is done.     I got my B so I could jump to the beach. You need the water training and a B license in order to do a water landing. But I agree with Andy, look it up for yourself in the SIM. I did my water training in the swoop pond at Zhills over the New Years boogie a few years ago. There are several options for where/how to do the water training.     Why don't you just get married at the DZ?!? Brie and Travis' wedding at SDA was one of the best weddings I've ever been to! And they didn't even have a carnival ride and smurfs!!

    I've read through most of the posts, and if this has already been addressed then I apologize. But when I was getting my A-license I was told I was still a "student" until I became licensed.     Maybe I'll come by the Farm on Sunday. I'm always up for 4-way. Going to sit in on the FJC at SDA Saturday since I'm doing the coaches course next week. Hans said they're not running one this weekend. And $15 jumps are tough to pass up, even if it is all hype. I'll call Psycho, but last I heard his shoulder is still messed up and he can't jump.     That is true. I miss the RoamingDZ, my home dropzone. Was the look on my face priceless?? Parrothead night was loads of fun, that's exactly the crowd I miss. I'm staying in ATL this weekend. Hopefully we can see each other soon.

    The season is never over at the Farm, I did 100 jumps, most of them there, this past December - March. And John has already been to the Farm with me, at least twice, and so far so good.
