    Two very interesting articles. Current grid size for simulations is around 60 square kilometers. They need to get that down to 1 kilometer to properly address cloud formation. Basically, climate models != science, at present, but I'm hoping others will share their own conclusions after reading these papers.     I've done a lot of applied math modeling in the real world, but all of it has been based around conservation principles (1st law, mass, momentum). Been in the financial industry pushing 20 years now, and haven't come across a single conservation principle, but have seen LOTS of statistical based analysis, all of it based on historical data.     Hate to say this, but my first thought was - should people that need to be told this really be doing 4-way? But, you do need to start somewhere. Piras always taught that a 4-way group needs 50 randoms to really get a good fall rate together before moving on to blocks. Maybe that should be thrown in here, also. I always liked it when people wore altimeters. You could easily check the jumper across from you to see where you were, and they could do the same. We are all engines of karma

    Just got back from sharing adult beverages with friends of mine in the business. Most Americans have no idea how to participate in a market based system. This is a serious issue. Our education system is failing miserably. We are all engines of karma
