I agree, free mustard gas for all. Oh, you are in favour of laws against biological arms, you just don't like laws that restrict your favourite toys....I see.
-
The same treatment for all people (except of course the few who are allowed a difefrent treatment). Hmmm, where did I see this concept before......
-
Hate to break it to you pops, but that was indeed the point.
-
Isn't that up to us individually to decide? At least in this article it was all pretty clear.

How did he get the blood test and EKG? Wouldn't he have needed proof of requirement?

High Court Denial of Seattle Gun Ban Appeal
SkyDekker replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
So you would be in favour of no further regulation on guns, other than what the 2nd Amendment states? -
That sums it up very nicely
-
Would you agree with maintaining status quo, increasing or decreasing laws regulating kids and cars and kids and pools?
-
Yes, because there would be a mountain of documentation regarding the founding father's opinion on personal ownership of Stinger missiles.
-
meh, circumcision arguments are identical to religion and abortion arguments. Nothing ever gets resolved and people feel they are right filled with righteous indignation for those who do not agree with them.
-
So is cutting the baby's nails. I am assuming you would be opposed to that as well?

I recently took a call from a gentleman who complained that one of our sites offers courtesy parking spots for people with hybrid cars. He wanted to start a Human Rights complaint.... Have to say that is a first. I can see shopping centres finding a way to differentiate themselves by offering outlets. Should also note that some centres in colder climates already do this, for block heaters.

I would be interested in hearing your opinion on Don's questions above. Clearly the 2nd amendment gives people the right to own arms. But where do the restrictions on arms come from?
-
Why is anybody who would have questions about the 2nd amendment a gun-o-phobe?
-
Could you really be that naive?
-
Sounds like Jefferson was the whimpy kid picked last in gym.
-
Though there are products one has to show a reason for, I agree that the 2nd amendment would be pretty clear that such a reason is not required for guns.

So we went from 17 states to one city for some extreme example. Yet you feel the need to blame other's for playing with words. Have you looked up that definition of hypocrite yet?

federal judge says he forwarded email with racist Obama joke
SkyDekker replied to jclalor's topic in Speakers Corner
So the judge put his career before the truth? Now we have a judge with poor judgement, who is a liar and puts his career before the truth. You guys just keep adding reasons why the man should resign his position. -
And hopefully their immediate family did not have to read comments about who stupid their family member was, and how stupid they were for alowing their family member to make stupid decisions. The public outpooring of grief also comes with a heaping spoonfull of deliberate hurt and insensitivity. The knife cuts both ways....

federal judge says he forwarded email with racist Obama joke
SkyDekker replied to jclalor's topic in Speakers Corner
Nobody here has claimed the judge is a racist. -
None of those messages were about what you should do with your guns. I am not sure you understand what you read.

federal judge says he forwarded email with racist Obama joke
SkyDekker replied to jclalor's topic in Speakers Corner
The judge claimed it was. Are you now saying he is a liar? In that case, wouldn't he have shown poor judgement, and has now shown himself to be a liar? Sounds like an even bigger reason now to just resign..... -
Dad arrested after daughter draws picture of gun
SkyDekker replied to CanuckInUSA's topic in Speakers Corner
Sure, if that makes you sleep better at night. I have voted Conservative in the last couple of election, but facts are not your strong suit. Uhmm, in my post you quoted I wrote pretty clearly that I did not agree with the sentiment that having a gun in the house is automatically dangerous. But then, you aren't that strong with actual facts. I have this image of you rocking back and forth in a porsche muttering, socialist, socialist, socialist lol
