That doesn't account for the setting of 100 feet for the autopliot though.

Reason why US carriers have a two person in cockpit rule. I foresee more airlines following suit.

President Obama Suggests Making Voting Mandatory

I didn't propose a strawman, so this is another strawman. You are on a roll. -
President Obama Suggests Making Voting Mandatory

Disagree, I see nothing wrong with policies encouraging companies to hire those with a physical or mental handicap. It hasn't worked out for the Maple Leafs... Agreed....they just plainly suck.... -
President Obama Suggests Making Voting Mandatory

I think you are now proposing a strawman. I am not saying that more and more preferential treatment is the answer. I don't think that is the answer as much as absolutely no preferential treatment is the answer. -
President Obama Suggests Making Voting Mandatory
SkyDekker replied to lawrocket's topic in Speakers Corner
No, it will just never happen. Like the war on drugs will never get rid of drugs, focussing on eliminating discrimination will never eliminate discrimination. I don't see that as a strawman. -
President Obama Suggests Making Voting Mandatory
SkyDekker replied to lawrocket's topic in Speakers Corner
Which is a laudable utopia. We all know there never wil be equal treatment of all. So, once we know that will never happen, we have a choice to do nothing or we can try and help those who are mostly discriminated against or impacted the most. -
Is Lindsey Graham off his meds or taking too many?
SkyDekker replied to Niki1's topic in Speakers Corner
Other than of course blaming Al Gore for the GOP having a hard time coming up with an Environmental Policy. -

Nothing like US lawmakers being manipulated by a foreign government to oppose their own President.

In all fairness, it is often reasoned that criminals not knowing who has guns on them, is supposed to reduce crime. So the significant point is supposed to be, the presence of an inanimate object can only be positive. Anything negative attributed to it, is only when humans enter the equation.

Maybe they should address this minor issue: -
Why don't you:

There is a major difference between the Bible and the Qur'an. The active teachings and the violence that is promoted. The "bad things" you are speaking about is pretty general. As it applies to what I said what would be an example of something in the Bible? They have bene pointed out before. The reaction is normally along the lines of: We don't follow that part of the bible. That wasn't meant literally. Etc. The bible says stupid things, the Koran says stupid things. Judging all followers of a religion based on the stupid portions of a book and the insane behaviour of some is pretty much the definition of bigotry.

There are some bad things in the bible as well. Most don't judge all christians based on that.

Based on the impact Greece is having on the European Union and economy, I 'd much rather have a Nigerian/Hawaiian born president than a Greek born president. If there's a Democrates in the Senate, then I want to SEE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE golfclap
-
Avoiding the point I see You haven't made a point. For all I know your point is that democrats are smarter at working the free market than republicans and therefor there are more rich democrats than republicans.

You could suppose that, not the first time you are wrong. Doubt it would be the last time either.

http://trailblazersblog.dallasnews.com/2014/11/ted-cruz-at-zionists-dinner-in-new-york-lauded-by-liberal-alan-dershowitz.html/ Yes he likes him as a senator, specifically not as a president. I am still wondering if his dual citizenship is an issue for the presidency. At least has has recently renounced his Canadian citizenship. Is it less of a problem because it was Canada? Pretty sure that if he was a dual citizen with Kenya in the past, it would have been an issue.... You didn't read the whole article did you?

I don't think there is even a single rich Democrates in office.
