  1. Or if another country assassinated the president. I mean the US has done that before in other countries. So, no big deal.
  2. Don't remember you. Can't say I have ever noticed whether you were around or were gone.
  3. * Russia didn't interfere * Russia did interfere * Russia interference is a hoax * Russia interfere to help Dems Trump has taken each of these 4 positions in the last 8 days.
  4. Manafort Flynn Page All working for Trump. All foreign agents.
  5. Your ability to summarize seems to match your history knowledge. I responded to your assertion that the US entered the war for wonderful humanitarian reasons. That is grade A bullshit and full of revisionist history. Pointing out that thinking everything the US military does is just absolutely wonderful and always has been isn't the same as American bashing. It does show how ingrained this forced love of the military is.
  6. It’s not even a question about natural gas. The real issue is about Trump not having a clue how on now to behave on an international stage. He plays it perfectly to his base, who all are too fucking dumb to understand complex problems. Two recent examples are North Korea and NATO. He goes in blustering, then leaves a 1 day meeting and claims victory saying how he has fixed everything. His base eats that shit up, big bad America going i and fixing shit. Of course, they are entirely oblivious to the fact that nothing has been fixed and the other parties involved clearly indicate so. But, to his mindless base, they are all victories.
  7. I am sorry what? I am fine with admitting that in those cases you mention it can't legally be done. However, it can very easily be done with absolutely next to no risk of getting caught. It also isn't complicated logic that the ease of acquiring firearms has a negative influence on the use of firearms in crimes. But you and hooknswoop and many others are absolutely unwilling to accept such simple logic.
  8. You have yet to refute anything they have put up. Yet you laugh like a clown. There is no refuting anything with you. You simply believe your own reality, without any concern for facts. If it is in favour of Trump you believe it. If it is detrimental to Democrats, you believe it. Once you believe it, nothing can change your mind. It becomes your reality. trump himself could come here and tell you that you are wrong and you will simply believe the Deep State made him say it and he really didn't mean it.
  9. I don't know what you speak, but it isn't English or American. Guess your made up facts and reality include a made up language.
  10. It must be hard for you. Trying to argue with a man who knows words and uses them correctly. It just seems so unfair to subject your "logic" to such scrutiny. It is the full on Trump effect: Reality is too difficult for me, I need my safe space, I'll just create my own reality with my own facts.
  11. The US got involved because you got attacked. before that you had no problem profiting of the Nazi regime. You have had multiple president's whose family wealth came from Nazi collaboration. You had no problem with jews getting gassed and exterminated by the millions. Your government was aware and chose not to get involved. "We cared about humanity" is revisionist bullshit.
  12. Yeah, or what? Please do explain when exactly in the 20th century freedom in the US was threatened?
  13. Arrogant That only works when you're correct. At least you have figured out why it never works for you.
  14. And. those who have homes in areas near forest fires shouldn't be thanking the firefighters who were injured or died stopping the fire before it reached their homes. No, there was no threat to our freedoms in the 20th century. Other than potentially WWI, no there really hasn't been. Freedom in the US during WWII was never at risk.
  15. Ah yes the incessant American glorification of its military.
  16. But there's a big difference between laws that some people will break anyway and laws that can't be enforced. The latter undermine our faith in our legal system and cause a lot of damage. They show a disconnect between the people making the laws and reality. Most laws can't be enforced under the logic hooknswoop is using. The majority of laws are written as a deterrent, many only applied after the fact or as an addon charge to something else.
  17. Very true. But most mass shooters plan on dying in the process. Even the kid in Texas planned on committing suicide, but chickened out. Not a whole lot will deter someone who doesn't plan to be around to see any consequences. Which makes the logical next step to prevent them from having easy access to tools which make it both easier to act out their desires and increase the severity of the incident.
  18. And will recognize the annexation of Crimea by Russia as legitimate.
  19. That's just bothsiderism to help the right rationalize to themselves how they're not really so bad. Specially considering that the big pre-election fault of Clinton supposedly was that she lied so much. There are Trump supporters who didn't vote for Clinton because they believed she wasn't interested in what is best for the US, but only interested in getting richer herself. Yes, it does amaze me they don't see the irony.
  20. How many mass shootings would have been prevented if firearms were required to be registered? Vehicles are required to be registered and they are still used to create mass casualties. Derek V 3
  21. You seem to have forgotten Obama telling Putin he would have more latitude after the second election when he got caught on an open mic I remember. We know because other people were present in the room. Now sure how you think that is somehow a relevant point to excuse a meeting with no record of what is being excused. It would almost appear to be a point to argue the opposite. Did you actually have a point you were trying to make, or just needed to bring up Obama?
  22. Looks like Trump has his annual performance review with Putin coming up. Meeting scheduled without any translators or staff, just Trump and Putin with no record of what is being discussed. I can only imagine the GOP reaction if Obama had done something like that.
  23. So... Trump thinks Harley customers have pre-cognition? No, he just knows his followers are too stupid to figure it out. In the mean time Wilbur Ross has been shorting stocks. I am sure Trump's family and friends have been doing the same thing. 2018 stock market has had worst performance since 2010.
  24. Or what he could funnel through the Trump Foundation.
