  1. One of the fundamental underpinnings of contract law is the ability to amend contracts. Nobody is advocating for a one-sided change of this contract, but rather mutual agreement to amend the terms. The concept of not ever being able to amend contracts would actually lead to indebted servitude. Hence, the ability to claim bankruptcy.
  2. There is one on the front page. I think you got upset about that one too, cause I indicated the US was a Banana Republic. Threat is now filled with evidence of such. I believe you even stated that you were wrong jumping down my throat so quickly. I was simply asking why country that happily gives money to rich people shouldn't provide money to students in your opinion. Sounds like you don't want to put too much thought into that though. More of the: I've got mine, don't really care about the rest.
  3. Your country, your election, your business, your president.
  4. Why? Lots of corporations have been bailed out. Trump has made a business out of refusing to repay loans and then using historical losses to not have to pay taxes on these "windfalls". You elected him president. But, god forbid a student gets a loan forgiven. What a horrible example that will set.
  5. I think the US has enough people indiscriminately wanting to kill other people. Probably could do to put some money into actual education, so that people see more than killing as a solution.
  6. Florida Governor sends in state police to threaten scientist and her young children. Scientist was fired for unwillingness to falsify COVID data. Fine Gestapo tactics. Guns drawn of course, the 2 year old might put up a fight. https://www.tallahassee.com/story/news/2020/12/07/agents-raid-home-fired-florida-data-scientist-who-built-covid-19-dashboard-rebekah-jones/6482817002/

  10. An American without the balls to live in America. .
  11. No he doesn't. His base just sees this as the Deep State restricting his natural leadership and power. Stuff like this just helps him keep his idiot followers salivating.
  12. It should be noted that such a broad pardon has not been tested in court. Nor is it entirely clear if such a broad pardon would stand up in court, or if a pardon has to be significantly more specific. If Trump grants a very wide pardon for his family and himself, it is likely to end up in court. I don't think anybody would be overly surprised if he grants his family and confidants a very broad pardon on the way out.
  13. All brought to you by the same people who decry real journalism as fake news.
  14. This has never been litigated, so not really established. I have a feeling the next few years are going to bring an answer this this.
  15. As long as the president doesn't try to provide healthcare for people, most republicans seem to be fine.
  16. Unsurprisingly, within one post you indicate yourself that this is a lie. Rest of the post is probably a lie too.
  17. Considering you stated you would get pleasure out of killing somebody, you really appear to be no different than people like Andrew Chabrol. Maybe the respect had more to do with a feeling of kinship than anything else.
  18. In his mind he is owning those leftist fucktards he is despising so much. Probably goes on parler and brags about it after.
  19. If they have been exposed to the virus, their blood will contain anti-bodies. The patient can generally tell you if they experienced symptoms.
  20. He hides it better than Alex Jones, but other than that there is no difference between the two.
  21. I am all for it. means he gets banned from every platform. Means Joe Rogan is off the air. Parler is done. Facebook is gone. Reddit, Dropzone.com all gone. productivity may go up!
  22. Oh look mark is trolling again. Here I thought there were rules against trolling.
  23. Groupthink is expensive. Thankfully Fox is wealthy enough they can pay to keep courts away from the truth. Fox pays seven figures to protect group think
