The first modern day SUV is generally considered to be the 1984 Jeep Cherokee XJ. What pickup truck is that SUV based on?

In the US the NBER determines the beginning and end of recessions. The NBER announced the start of the recession, they have not yet announced the end of the recession. Are you arguing you know better than the relevant committee at the NBER? Or do you believe they will soon announce the recession is over?

So is this the moment America is great again?
-
Here is a difficult assignment for you. Try and find the word pickup and/or truck in billvon's post you quoted!
-
So kind of like when cars came out. Or when televisions came out. Or really when any technological improvement happened. Quite the impressive insight!

Senator Cruz in his speech referred to "the viewers" as opposed to "the voters". Doesn't that just say enough.
-
Every senator or representative speaking should open with a statement indicating if they believe their own election was rigged.

Well, Ron just found out Moscow Mitch is part of the Deep State.....

Only in a Banana Republic would the Vice President of a country announcing he will follow the law be news.

Considering republicans are constantly telling people that the stock market determines how the economy is doing, you would have to believe Tesla is doing great.

You seem to automatically assume that defines the viability of EV cars in stead of the possibility it defines Americans.

One of the main mistakes people make when predicting technological improvements is thinking we are at the end of the process.

Same from me. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

If it is in Southern California it is even more concerning, considering they have asked Ambulances to restrict the people they take to hospital and to start conserving O2.

Who do you think is cleaning the covid wards?

They are allowed to have them in their offices. Though the intent of that legislation seems to have been for decorative purposes more than anything. She indicated she wants to carry it throughout congress and Washington DC. So much for law-abiding.

Maybe it is in my house.....

I am not. As soon as he declares there are restrictions around the flow of money.

in 1988? But the newspaper clipping is supposed to be from 1987?
-
Your argument is that these articles from the mid 80s have shaped public opinion and policy. But, then you don't accept that policy changes since the mid-eighties may have invalidated predictions from that era. You don't really stick to anything do you? Just argue whichever way the wind blows. Must be a republican.

Why? I don't believe in your hypothesis that disaster predictions prove climate change. But, I am sure I can find pictures of newspaper clippings that state that disasters were due to climate change. Seems that is all you need for "evidence".
-
The OP link only has news clippings as "evidence". Does that mean that from now on pictures of newspaper clippings are to be taken as fact by you?
-
It's a link to a video. I am asking for a link to documents showing the making of the predictions. You said it was an EPA prediction, should be pretty easy to find. Or do you always just agree with videos you see on the internet?
-
Again you post a news article. In this case the news article of a secret report that isn't produced.
-
Post the prediction and the parameters it was based on and then we can discuss it.
