Sorry, isn't the narrative that the soyboys in Antifa tricked the proud patriots defending America and stormed and occupied the Capitol right under their nose? I know guns don't require a whole lot of intelligence to use, but, boy, if they let that happen, are you sure they will be able to figure out where to point? Considering members of the American right beat a police officer to death, it is pretty clear they cannot be trusted with guns. They can't even be trusted to responsibly handle flagpoles and crutches. If one thing has become very clear in the US: Law and Order is for black people, serve and protect is for white people.

The scenario still includes LEO tasked with protecting high value targets protecting the last barrier between a mob and their protectees. Don't see it playing out any different if the person was black, other than I am relatively sure many more people would have already been shot before it even getting to this part. -

The other difference is that it was relatively clear the pardon would have related to Watergate related issues. Trump is likely to blanket pardon himself and his family for any issues.

Yes part of Operation Warp Speed was to allow Pharma to de-risk the manufacturing by accepting financial contributions from the US. As has been pointed out a few times now, Pfizer wasn't part of that. You then went on to say that being paid for vaccines was the same as de-risking production by accepting payment prior to delivery. You then either through ignorance, or malice stated Pfizer cashed a $1.95 billion cheque in July as part of Warp Speed. Not sure I can make it any simpler other than just saying you were wrong.

You should ask her if they would start production if they thought the FDA would not approve their product. Then you should ask yourself if Operation Warpspeed guaranteed vaccine approvals. Then you should read your posts again.

From the contract found here "Due to variances in fill/finish yield, Pfizer shall invoice for and the Government, through the Consortium Management Firm (CMF), shall pay for actual quantities delivered, at a rate of $19.50 per dose. Subject to regulatory and technical success, Pfizer shall use its diligent efforts to provide the Government the full 100M doses on or before the final delivery date."

When they delivered doses of a vaccine. Not to develop the vaccine. If they didn't have a vaccine to deliver, they would not get paid. But I do understand that for a Trump supporter having to pay for products delivered might be a bit of an unusual concept. I can see how you would want to congratulate and hail your president for such an amazing accomplishment.
