  1. This is exactly what this thread is about: What the holy hell does that mean?
  2. Wrong. OBAMA claims to take guns, hence NRA says no we'll resist taking guns. NRA isn't the one wanting to take the guns. You go in circles. You've never bought guns or ammo so how would you know about any motivation in buying guns. BTW: did you buy your gun yet, OBAMA going to ban guns so you better go get one while you can if you can even find one to buy. Do you ever read over what you type before you click the Post button?
  3. An almost irresistable straight line. Eh, maybe some other time.
  4. I don't have one. But in traffic - damn, I want one.
  5. You reasserted it and incorporated it by reference. As you are aware, there are times to just let let stuff slide. Yes, sir, there are.
  6. Bumpie. In spite of Bill's sarcasm, that's a good question in a way. I don't think that I would have included the "destroy" part and instead would have said, "change". People just cannot abide the fact that others think, and ARE, different. They whine because my POV doesn't match theirs? It's like a disease that's spreading to epidemic proportions. Ask yourselves, guys, "Why am I intolerant of others" Do some soul searching. Well, except for jakee who has no clue anyway. If you have a valid reason for it, let's hear it! Really? Please read The Boy Scout Oath, Law, Motto and Slogan, and and the Outdoor Code. Then explain to us which of those are fundamentally negated by having been born a homosexual human being.

  8. No problem, Pat, the confusion was understandable - the fallout of site vandalism by someone possibly having some MH issues. Nice of you to mention.
  9. All one has to do is very carefully read everything on the page I linked. I have many shortcomings, I feely admit, but lack of speaking clearly usually isn't one of them.
  10. I was thinking the same thing back during Fog Bank Andy.
  11. Sorry, but that's not close to a responsive answer. Plus, my post said nothing about lifestyle, just the condition of sexuality one happens to be born with.

  13. Your insight has been very informative and helpful. Thank you.

  15. What if a drone helicopter is hovering 5 feet off the ground looking in my window? Isn't that the same thing as a peeping Tom? Just because it doesn't have feet touching the ground doesn't mean it can fly around and look anywhere it wants. Well, Sock Puppet, I'd predict that in that specific scenario, most judges who are at least minimally competent lawyers in their own right would agree with you, at least in their own thoughts. But judges are very political, and hate to rule against cops, so oftern you get a lot of intellectually dishonest, pro-prosecution rulings at the trial court level. Most appellate courts would probably rule in agreement with you. Whoever "you" are. Hey, did you ever paint that, uh, state flag on your garage door? I've occasionally wondered how that turned out with the HA.
  16. So The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the problem? Just what would that problem be again? The support and membership the Church brings? That's a problem? Only problem we have here is the homosexual agenda of destroying everything/everyone that doesn't agree with their lifestyle. You wont see me trying to join the NAACP so why the fuck do the gays want to join the boy scouts other then to destroy it...Well that and reqruitment... Congratulations. You just won the prize for the most utterly ignorant post on these boards this week.
  17. I imagine it must be very frustrating to be a highly degreed expert in, and educator of, the hard sciences in the Bible Belt. Not as frustrating as, say, in Afghanistan or Pakistan, but that's about the level of comparison. As Mr. Scopes found out 100 years ago, it can very... trying. Sounds like the guy just let it build up inside him til he exploded. Good thing he wasn't armed. I keep seeing the occasional posts that actually contain some info or comment to the original post, but mostly I just keep seeing posts trying to distract from that. Keep your drivel for the liberals that don't know any better. All liberals know better. Any random twit can get in a cheap bash. When you have something interesting to say, let us know.
  18. I thought we established in the other thread that there was nothing in any of the news stories that identified her or her husband's employment and/or social benefits status. Has more infomation about those factors been made public?
  19. USPS makes me think of Pony Express. That makes me think of ponies. That makes me think of unicorns. That makes me think of unicorn horns. That makes me horny. That makes me think of horn-rimmed glasses. That makes me think of the glass ceiling my wife keeps bitching about. Which makes me think about our dog, who is female. This world's going to the dogs. Hell in a handbasket. Handbaskets make me think of wicker balloon gondolas. Which makes me think of those boats plying Venetian canals. I have wax in my ear canal. You can't hold a candle to that. The French word for "that" is "avoir", which lawrocket thought was "au revoir". Which means goodbye. So goodbye. Don't raise my bail, please.
  20. Because, traditionally, they're either pitchers or catchers. OK, that was awful, but I'm a sucker for a straight line.
