  1. Hey Dan! How have you been? Doing good I hope. I am an overweight asshole...200lbs overweight and boy do my knees know it. Remember there are people that are overweight due to a lack of control, also remember there are people who are overweight because things have happened that were out of their control. Some of them need encouragement, some need a foot up their ass, but some need a bit of understanding. I have a friend who is morbidly obese and he is trying, but with the COPD, Emphysema, Chronic Heart Failure, and Stroke he is not able to do much about it except mild exercise/eat less. How does it feel to no longer be a trigger nigger? There will be days you miss it and there will be days you remember how hard it was and how much it could suck. Especially when you get older and your body hurts bad.
  2. I think you and I know what should be done
  3. I was thinking a new GTO would be nice. I guess I will stick with the Audi A6 Quattro 2.7 biturbo Anyone wanna buy my 91 Stealth for a decent price? 98k original miles
  4. As punishment turn him loose 300 miles northwest of the shore of Diego Garcia, if he can swim back to Somalia or thumb a ride let him go free.
  5. I'd never even consider it at their asking price, they're outta their MINDS! The salesman said that there was one sold at a Barrett auction last year for 90,000...I told him I know, it had 20,000 original miles and everything was original/matched. (The seller was my scuba instructor 25 years ago) I pointed out to him that this one didn't have the stock Rochester 'Bog-a-jet' carb...had Le Mans exhaust manifolds...and 12 bolt rear end, I've only seen stock 10 bolt differentials on 66's & 67's. They have a bunch of 'classics' at that lot...all overpriced. I will admit my jaw dropped a bit when my wife walked over to a Gold with Black, '70 Chevelle SS 396. She said she had the same thing in college, but hers had a four speed and was the 375 horse engine...not the 'small' 325 hp. unit this one had! My first car was a 1967 GTO convertable. Damn that was the best $300 ever spent. It was gold with a black top and a 4 speed, if anyone finds it please drop it back off at my house ok? My dad got it for me from an older guy that worked at Mount Palomar, it was the fastest way to the top. $300...holy shit. I joined the Army and did not come home for a couple of years so my dad sold it thinking I was not wanting to come back for it.
  6. So you are a slut down under eh? Only according to a 20 something dateless wonder who used to post here pretty often. Thing is- I don't think he could get laid even by the chicks with tattoos! Could not get laid if he pretended to be an embryo huh?
  7. My guess is that you did not understand that this is during the course of a conversation that is POLITE. Once the argument type of confrontation starts, I would rather just shut up and sick the lawyer on him.
  8. Its not trumped up. Its actual law. That's why I said you should study up. Actually, this new ruling should prevent your fears, making it less likely then in the past. A judge has to sign a search warrant. You have to have more then "she refused a request for a search" to get a judge to sign a search warrant. So if you're driving suspiciously, leaving a high drug area, after having driven up to a known crack house, rolling down a window and then leaving after talking to someone leaned through your open window, then I would be worried (although if you're doing that, then you should be worried about your life overall). If you're just driving too fast to the grocery store, then I would be worried about getting a speeding ticket. What the ruling is preventing is a search of the vehicle after an unrelated arrest out of the vehicle. So if you're arrested for no insurance, the vehicle can't be searched for drugs. Don't take my word for it, look up the similar codes for your state and read them (not just read them, STUDY and memorize them). Then read up on the typically applied LE case law. The more you know, the better off you are. I actually carry printed copies of a couple statutes so that if I am pulled over and an officer might be thinking he cannot resist the urge to make an arrest or seizure that might be very unlawful he can be presented with the actual statute form ILCS. Then continuing to do something contrary to the law he opens himself to prosecution PERSONALLY. In other words they cannot make up laws that FEEL are broken and in fact presented with the actual law they might feel otherwise
  9. What don't we have enough reasons to hate the French already?
  10. Honestly, how much money would you have bet that Thomas would be the swing vote on this one? Hardly surprising he wrote his own opinion, though. Who's opinion would you expect him to write? I see Thomas as a man who understands the meaning of our constitutional rights. We may or may not agree but there is no doubt he has more insight on it.
  11. What's the law about bringing personal firearms into California these days? Isn't it legal to buy a long gun in any state with an ID from another state? So couldn't you just drive up to Reno, buy a rifle there with no waiting period (I'm just assuming NV has no waiting period, I don't know that for sure), and bring it back home? You must be a resident of Nevada to buy a gun in Reno. I believe that to be true of every state. A person moving to California must report any owned handguns they brought within 60 days. And pay $19/gun. The ten round limit of magazine applies. Long arms can voluntarily be disclosed. "Assault" rifles not permitted under state law may not be imported. I thought it was necessary to give it to an FFL and wait 10 days. Either wasn't true, or no longer is. I am not aware of any state tha does not allow someone to buy a gun if she or he abides by the home states laws.
  12. Excellent and I am in agreement, no more fishing expeditions. I got tired of hearing of abuses of Terry Searches.
  13. That is not a piercing, that is a wound. It may be a jagged cut which is superficial, or it may be worse requiring medical attention. None of us can tell from here now can we? But hey maybe you are a physician. how deep is the laceration, do you know? If it was very deep at all she would be at the hospital.
  14. Damn, there is a lot missing from the unclass version and even that is just a base to start from. Nice day out isn't it?
  15. Triple antibiotic ointment, clean it several times a day, a good bandage to cover it, wear a bra. That will keep the breast from moving too much and possibly re-injuring it. Of course never wear a bra or panties to bed, that is asking for problems.
  16. As I have always said, it is the A and the B squads playing against us the PEOPLE as the opponent. Those vehement enough to believe completely in party line politics have been complicit in this effort.
  17. There have been parties rougher than that. I must have been TORTURED when I got my E5.
  18. Being a Chinese national might make one have a different mindset due to a different culture. Billions of people running a muck might not be a good thing, have you seen their traffic?
  19. That would be true unless your opponent might have them as well, either captured or procured through one of many different countries making them available.
  20. In other words you cannot provide PROOF that Dr. Edward teller one of many REAL scientists, is not a false signatory. Did you know that he can in fact be contacted through Sandia?
  21. I am asking you for a citation that proves Dr. Edward teller is NOT a factual signatory on that petition.
