Apparently people want to imagine paintball is like actual combat. Military rules in paintball are far different from what people do for recreation. The pressure is turned up, wounds count. Plus after witnessing what these people do playing paintball I would say that in a real gunfight they would not stand a chance.

Nitrogen? I use Nitrogen all the time and it's not cold. HVAC guy right? Think about how it scours out the crap in the lines. It is a decent solvent in liquid form as well and very cold.
-
Liquid Nitrogen. It is cold enough.
-
A small tank of Nitrogen would cool it off very quickly. It would actually clean it too.

Mike many of the people who do not believe as we do about or health care system would have you rejected for the surgery or put off for some reason. I use the VA as it is all I have, but I can see from that situation how bad socialized medicine would be across the board if our government ran it. Any time our government runs something it becomes full or fraud and waste. I wonder how many billion dollar studies will be given to the political cronies to determine that whatever Obama says is best for us. Ask any medical professional if the government is suited to tell them how to do their jobs. We both know a few doctors that might just quit their jobs if this becomes true. How does this help national health care? It does not Socialized medicine is about power and control as well as corruption, it is not about helping the patient.

This was a steal if you live in CA http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=124230671 You can certainly get a 7600 new with synthetic stock and parkerized bbl for well under $400 they shoot under 1 moa Then buy a Leupold 1 piece base and rings, try an inexpensive but nice Pentax game seeker or light seeker scope or one of the Falcon scopes. Get butler creek covers that flip up, and a one hand adjustment sling. Remove any bbl band that hold the sling, you need nothing on the bbl. Trigger job on that is the same as a rem 870 all you do is stone and polish. You will get a reliable 3.5lb trigger without going too far. If you get one in .308 and you ever wear it out then buy a bbl in .260 rem and have it fitted to the bbl extension. It is built much like a Weatherby bbl extension.

Right on about the power settings. People have tacticulitis and will go for as much magnification as they can get. You need as low a power as you can get with a maximum of as much as you can afford. There are 5x multipliers out there but they cost huge sums. A 4x multiplier is very good and more affordable. a great scope setup is 2.5-10x or 3.5-12x leave it on low power and if you need the magnification you will also have time to crank it up. If you need lower power there will never be time to crank it down A scope with stadia lines or MilDots is great if you learn to range with it and use it for hold offs. Target knobs are nice but nearly useless in hunting, unless you have an animal standing still and you are very fast at making the adjustments. That takes a lot of practice. If the animal runs your adjustments just went useless.

I suggest a 16" bbl or a 19.5 is you want extended ranges of over 600-100yds. 14.5" is good to 750 or so. with the brake on
