    John...not trying to change the subject, so PM me if you like. But what is your stance on illegal drugs? People want them, anyone who wants them gets them. So, do you think there should be laws prohibiting them? I agree with your stance regarding guns, but I feel the same way about drugs as well as other issues. Do you apply your logic equally to all topics, or just those that affect you directly?

    And contend that they shoulder some of the responsibility too? And that they continue to fund it? That would require a liberal to acknowledge reality. Nope...it would have required honesty from the people pushing the agenda. Yes, the spineless legislators who voted for these measures without fulling understanding them are culpable. But, look at the big picture. They wouldn't have been pressured into going along if it weren't for the rabid nature of the conservative idealogues. The liberals who voted for it are guilty of being wimps. The conservatives are bullies.

    Really...or is it that your understanding of the definition is altered now that you've got the "and" and the "or" in the right place. When did the definition change, and who changed it? What was it before? Have a source? Spain and mexico both speak Spanish, have bull fights, flamenco dancing, siestas, strong catholic heritage. Hmmm....seems like some commonalities in language and culture to me.

    I'm sure you're intelligent enough to realize that they don't really all look alike. That in fact, people of other races are as varied as whites. The difference is they vary in different specific features than whites. Whites are conditioned to notice the specific features that vary in whites. Asians are conditioned to notice the features that vary in asians, etc. We look as alike to them as they look to us.

    You really should learn more about the constitution before you try and debate these topics. Because it is the enumeration of a basic human right. It applies to everyone in the world. Only gov'ts can take that basic right away from you. Ours chooses not to. You are free to do whatever you want as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. Hating someone doesn't infringe on their rights. Only way you act on that hatred to discriminate against them, does it come into play. But talking about hating them, teaching your children to hate them, doesn't infringe on their rights.

    Exactly...the moral thing to do is to not judge people based on their race. If one didn't judge people based on their race then one wouldn't exclude them from their dating pool based on their race. If one does, that person is, by definition, a racist, and immoral.

    Your missing the point. Minimum wage jobs exist. There are not enough jobs for all people who want to work. Therefore, some people MUST work for minimum wage. It's simple arithmetic. Your statement that you don't have to work for minimum wage is not true, at least not for everyone.

    I usually am most attracted to whites and latinas. I lived with a half mexican girl for a couple years. And I'm currently dating a korean girl. (But i'm dumping her tonight...shhhh). And I've also casually dated a black girl. So...I guess the answer is no.

    pssst....there's an unemployment rate because....drum roll.....people seeking jobs are unemployed. That means all available positions, including those paying minimum wage, are filled. Ipso facto...someone has to take those jobs. Or we could just fill them with illegal immigrants I guess.

    Sorry...but if you tell me you have a check for me for $1,000,000, only catch is, it's the life insurance policy from my spouses death, I'm not going to be dancing in the street. It's the same thing. I may not be able to find anyone opposed to the war singing about the good things. Maybe that's because they are so overshadowed by the bad. Nope...I'm saying conservatives are responsible for it.

    Well, here we agree. Where we separate again is that I think the guy who got us to this point is incompetent and if not stopped would do the same thing (or worse) again.
