angela- my rig is a B15 measure. you are more than welcome to try it on this weekend to see how that size fits. I had a C16 or 17 (can't remember) that i had as a first rig as well, bought it used. It fit fine. It was probably a little long, but still a great improvement from rental gear. __

kriss- the last sense to leave the body is hearing. even thogh someone seems lethargic and non responsive, they still have the ability to hear. I've seen people hold the phone up to a loved one's ear and a relative far away says last words, etc etc. Trust me, she will be able to hear you.

I work with end of life patients day in and day out. It often happens that a person "hangs on" for one particular reason. With elderly couples frequently that reason is each other. Unfortunately the body winds down in it's own time and oen person has to inevitably go first. __

I've peeled and ate bananas in freefall, as well as freezer pops. can get messy, but it makes for FABULOUS videos. __

katiebear- it's relatively simple to get to seb from NC. take 95 south. pass SC. Go through GA. take the exit in Indian River county (about 2.5 hours south of daytona exits) for Sebastian/Fellsmere, go east off the exit. about 4 miles, make a left on Roslin or Rose-soemthign or another road. there's a sign that says "airport." It's also the fits major intersection, across from a grocery store and eckerd/walgreens type of shopping center. go down rose-whatever road for a mile or 2, you'll see airport signs on teh right after passing donald mcdonald park and kashi something or another. turn right into the airport, follow road around and you'll see a parking lot. Welcome to sebastian.

orchestra clarinetist here. principal in all county and all state orchestras for 2 years, all eastern nominee, accepted to manhatten school of music post high school. played quads in marching band drum line, alto sax in jazz. i'll just stick to my acoustic fender now, thanks. sold the clarinet to pay for my new rig last summer, got 3/4 of the rig cost for it! nice! __

I've also grown to like being pied. While it does make your clothes have a forever lingering old milk smell and takes lots of hair washing to get the clumps of flour/whipped cream out, it's a lot of fun. even though i almost died getting pied (belated 100th), i'm glad i did. the second time i was actually fooled into MAKING MY OWN PIES. go figure. that was #500. __

I did online traffic school and it was equally annoying. I did laundry, etc while the timer ran down. WHAT a ripoff! __

i think that "pretty good" is a bit of an understatement. perhaps phenominal is a better word choice. we can't all be like the french team!

fat bastard chardonnay is GROSS. i do like ciels pinot grigio (Or something with "ciel" in the title- after a bottle of wine, who can remember?) and have taken a recent taste to a merlot/shiraz mix. but of course, who wants wine when one can drink MEAD???!!! __

heya clay! i got that naked man tape you sent on saturday. quality footage! i especially enjoyed the bonus track "crashing into canadians." played the tape for galens' sisters' roommate (whuffo). i'm not sure they're enticed to skydive any time soon.... __

90*:15 mins in tunnel:0 15 minutes of time in the windy crack house with heatherb, galen, marcandalysse (minus alysse), with bob healy. sweet time at the tunnel, would have been *nice* to have the air straighteners back in, made for a bit of a bumpy ride, but movements really had to be exaggerated in there with the bumpy air! *90 minutes stopped on the turnpike. I was the 10th car behind a huge accident that brought things to a standstill for 90 minutes. UGH. __
