  1. golf practice balls works fine, low weight: http://www.greatvaluegolf.co.uk/images/product/medium/Practiseballs_ZDGB002.jpg
  2. Did we just see a wingsuit manufacturer, create a public "hate list" or "black book" of fellow wingmen that are "disliked/distrusted". Wow!
  3. In addition I think that the PF Shadow "owns" the artistic competitions. The PF Havok was also sort of a gamechanger IMHO, havok a big suit that is that agile... I agree with you when it comes to "big suits"; there are some really great big suits out there from Tony, Squirrel and Flyyourbody. I have flown some of them. Let's see what PF will launch shortly, gonna be interesting.
  4. I heard it has an amazing range. And awesome for XRW... Photos would be nice, agreed. I feel a Venom2 is coming my way.
  5. jarno told me some secrets, still secrets ehh But Venom2 is coming, brand new design concepts included, a major upgrade I am told...
  6. this is probably the best post in this forum, ever
  7. Just look at videos of experienced people flying Shadows and other hands-free designs. Tons of videos out there, here is one : http://www.wingsuitcompetition.com/playmovie_vimeo.php?id=88
  8. got one from him too. Btw Why isn't such a user removed immediately when it is obvious what he is doing?

    PF Havok

I fly the Havok and i am quite happy. Regarding the Ghost3 having more surface area, well only at the outer wing-tip ends, right? Other than that surface area is identical. Remember that the most lift efficient area is where the wings connect to the body, so in my optics the more area on the G3 is a minor thing. The important decision to make, is whether you want to fly with the quite natural hands-free and palms-down position or you want to fly with grippers and elbows pointing forward
  10. www.blackboxradios.com have a lookie
  11. Thats right, if a wingsuiter fkying in formation with others chooses to fly a small elliptical or a crossbraced sportsparachute, that wingsuiter is making the particular jump less safe for all participants. I had aprox. 200 WS jumps in a Xfire with no incidents, then I had 2 spinner/cutts in quick succession for no apparent reason other than they just happened. At the time I was mostly doing 2-ways so no problem other than grounding myself for the day, landing out, searching the countryside for the main and freebag. About that time I transitioned to fly mostly bigways, so I thought that a Sabre2 was right and yup it is. Did you know that Flyyourbody writes this in their Wingsuit manuals: Use a predictable, on heading opening canopy for S-Fly™ Wing-suit jumps. Elliptical and small canopies are prohibited. For your security, we strongly recommend you to choose the following characteristics for your main canopy - Non elliptical canopy - 135 Sqft minimum main canopy size (PS I believe size is no only WL related, but also has to do with line length)
  12. Very nice suit overall, does everything. Intuitive and easy to fly and it has got a super easy pull. Suit is less pressurized than I expected, which i happen to like a'lot (coming from a super pressurized one). Only thing is in my opinion the leg stance is a bit to wide after my taste.
  13. Q: do you like to fly handsfree? I fly the Havok for that reason (only)
  14. Can you elaborate on that, other than the obvious that a smaller suit always feels more agile
  15. Take the 33" PC. I would recommend against the 129" kill line though, 9" to 10" would do fine
  16. You are both based in the UK. Why don't you met at a Pub and drink a beer together
  17. Why don't you swap canopy with this guy then: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/classifieds/detail_page.cgi?ID=133501
  18. Well that is not true because I have it on mine Thing is if you just do it one inch down, it will let the bag out much better at deploy time which is what we want, and it wont show as you think it will.
  19. Glad I didn't go for that mod! My rigger simply un-stitched the bottom packing tray sewing's about one inch, that is enough.
  20. add: get a longer killine (9-10 ft.) and a large zp pilotchute
