Meh.....someone else's problem. Why should I give up my ICE and skydiving? Realistically this is all just an argument over how much we should each be willing to sacrifice to solve a future problem. The US dollar is soaring and the only western currency keeping up is CAD. High gas prices are good for the economy. The main reason for the lack of investment in refining capacity is people aren’t stupid. They can clearly see the changes coming and they don’t want to throw away cash in a declining technology.

More information would be helpful if you can provide it. Any feedback you get here will be speculative because there are many unknowns and possibilities. To me the first and most obvious piece of information missing is what was the state of the main canopy and it's deployment system both at landing and during the descent under the malfunctioning reserve? -
