  1. I knew someone would suggest the .3... Unfortunately the rawa helmet that I have has a very unique type of box that you can't just simply move back and forth on the helmet, so the .3 would actually video the side of my face with the helmet's current configuration.... Thus, I search for the .42 or .4 thanks anyway, phree -drew
  2. Anyone know of a specific company or anything where to find one? I have the .45 and it's just not wide enough. Thanks drew
  3. Apple... sorry to hear that you lost all your files...
  4. You're wrong... and judging by your statement above, you don't even own an iPod. There are many great mp3 players out there and the ipod is definitely one of them
  5. pm ranchhand28 for raymond's email...
  6. pm proswoopingtour or go to their website ... I'd bet that they'd have the info you're looking for. -drew
  7. I decided, when I started this thread, not to write any opinions about the article, or the quotes, and see which direction the discussion went... It's funny that the central theme of this thread revolved around money, when that wasn't even what caught my eye and pushed me to post it in the first place. It was the comparision to the Nazi's, and Bush declaration of being anointed by god to rid the world of terrorism... I feel a little uneasy about these two statements, and although I want to disagree, I have a hard time doing it objectively... Thank you everyone for a very interesting discussion.
  8. me or him? seriously though, Soros puts into words the concern that so many people have regarding Bush and his global perspective. (
  9. http://msnbc.com/news/991865.asp?0cv=NA01 ...(silence)...
  10. Today is Thereza's birthday (RanchHand28)!! Please send her an email, post a post, and pass along good vibes... -drew (the boyfriend)
  11. What are you girls wearing around your waists?
  12. I read this also, but refrained from posting because people will immediatly bash the nytimes, or say something about liberals, or bring up Clinton, and never actually address the body of the text... I did however find the article very interesting.
  13. Saturday Night Live premiered! October 11, 1975
  14. run some disk scans on your c-drive to rule out bad sectors or a damaged disk... just a thought
  15. You don't pay for everyone's health care in the entire country, but you sure as heck pay for some other people's healthcare, as they also pay for yours... Don't you have insurance? What if you broke every bone in your body? The $4000 you've payed to insurance since you finished college surely wouldn't cover those bills... it's all the people giving money to the insurance company that enable the system to work the way it does! Seems a little like Canada, eh? Did you actually think that through?
  16. I'm convinced by some of the arguements here about George Bush and his administration, that some people do not read many different news sites offering contrasting global perspectives on current events... Discussions end up as arguements consisting of name calling, and unquoted political jargon (from both standings) I've listed below the news sites I review on a daily basis: CNN New York Times Voice of America World Tribune Arab News BBC News LA Times Google News UN News Center I am very interested to see what news sites you read on a regular basis. Edited because I forgot the UN News Center!
  17. I have very close ties to the United Nations, and your 96% is very FAR from ACCURATE... just so you know. I don't know the specific percentage, and judging from your quoteless statement, you don't either... Edited to correct below... Power water food may have been restored to Baghdad... (I still believe the number is high), but that is one city in a country of many cities that, probably 96% of which, were greatly damaged in the war. Many of these cities don't have a these basic amenities restored. 96% of Baghdad really isn't that impressive.
  18. Which death toll? Ours losses or their losses? Because according to a report released last week, 13,000 Iraqis died in the war, and 4,500 of them were civilians! Maybe this is related with the negative view of Americans by other countries?
  19. and definitely wear a dust mask... there's some funky dust from helmets... best not to inahale it all.
  20. Maybe because it gives them a competitive edge by not showing everyone the moves that they are working on... In the case of Alchemy, we first saw last year that they are working on back to back tricks which took everyone by surprise... I bet that the have others that they don't want everyone to have access to?
