I hope not.... Operation Get Fucked Up was a smashing success, although I was the only one among us to do so. Then Kris and I kept drinking when we got back to my pad. Aiee, my head. My thoughts go out to Kris and his million-hour drive today. Brains is a cool guy! Racer42 sucks donkey balls for working instead of meeting us! Christoofar has a cell phone that apparently is only functional for leaving voice mails! Skydiving is for cool people only

What I'm inclined to do is put handwritten notes in their boxes. It was a very casual interview, and I guess I want to show a little more effort than just hitting "send" on Outlook. Would that be a faux pas? Skydiving is for cool people only

What's the proper format for these, especially when it's an internal job? E-mail? Normal business letter? Note from stationary store? Put in their mailboxes or interoffice mail or tape to their office doors? I'm confused. Skydiving is for cool people only

I've been thinking about this summer, and I don't think I can afford the time and money to fly to Raeford then less than a month later hit WFFC. So, since WFFC is a magical DZ that only exists for 10 days or so each year, I'll probably need to hit that and come to Raeford another time. -

I agree with Michele in that flowers are the universal funeral "thinking of you." It's OK if they die in a few days -- they're just a long-distance hug, and no one expects them to last forever. But, in any case, I defer to Kevin's judgement on administering the fund. He's shown great initiative and selflessness getting this set up, and I trust him to do good things with it.
