Not so fast. That dude who knocked up Bristol is, arguably, a dinosaur. The pathetic thing is that the cross breeding is likely to improve the Palin gene pool. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview/id/609101.html I know the woman who found the money in this car. MILLIONS!!!! Gold and platinum too. She worked for the rental agency and was dispatched to look for the car at the SFO parking lot. I don't think her husband ever forgave her for not just driving the car home, unloading the money and driving it back. She had the keys. They fought the US Govt and the rental car company over the find, and lost. The govt seized it as drug proceeds based on coke traces. Turns out ALL currency has some coke traces. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

***377 - what can you tell me about this attorney? What kind of attorney was he [Noren Eaton]? Jo, Eaton is deceased. He was admitted to the CA bar in 1925! Most people are about 25 when they take the bar making his likely birth year around 1900. No specialty listed. Practiced in Sierra Madre until death from what I can tell. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

Good post Ckret, I was laughing. Welcome back. Jo, don't flush those pills, send them to me, at least enough to hold me until 11/24. I'll send you some really good local microbrew lager in trade. Earth to Commissioner Quade: We are all getting along much better now on the Cooper playground. The bullying and name calling has quieted down. You can now turn your attention to those drug crazed wack jobs on the Bonfire and Speakers Corner forums. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

QuoteSnowmman, I say you keep pounding them down, not that your sober post aren't quality but your drunk post are excellent. Quote Based on the substance/post quality correlation observed by Ckret, I think Jo should flush those pills and switch to beer. Still, I was genuinely moved by her dog story. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

Welcome back Johnny Utah! I though the Director might have had you out in Hawaii (or Kenya?) investigating Obama's birth records. Now, what about that tease post you made a few weeks ago? I am still suffering from insomnia waiting for the news. Stop torturing me. Although the market crash has killed my finances, I'll never rob a bank in Seattle. I'll pick some place where they have less capable SAs. Can you give me some hints? I KNOW you know who the slackers are. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. So thats why the FBI hid the cig butts. Now I get it. You think of things that completely elude me. I thought the ONLY evidence useful from the butts would be DNA. Never occured to me that they could gives clues about Cooper being a fake smoker. Or... maybe Cooper was doing a double fake, a real smoker faking to be a fake smoker by inhaling too lightly. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Reply> Jo, you have a mean streak and it gets you into trouble - . But your comments about Duane's motive and state of mind in 1971 are appropriate. They establish a strong psychological connection between Duane and his mother. Can you not see with all of this, it is very unlikely Duane was Dan Cooper. ? But nobody expects you will change. I am not the money man. I am a person who assembled a panel of experts (6-10) who are examining the whole Cooper case, with special emphasis on physical evidence which includes the money. I have a place on that panel, but we work as a panel. Good luck. Georger While we spar and speculate and create incoherent NOISE... Meanwhile, back in the BAT CAVE, Georger and his dream team of scientists are running mass spectrometers, sequencers, PCR machines, and gas chromatographs doing real science to detect SIGNALS. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Excellent post Snowmman! Could it be because ya pulled silver, figuratively speaking? What kind of brew were you drinking? Come to think of it there likely aren't pull tabs on the civilized beer you prefer. You nailed it. The loot can't have been spent on cars etc if it was buried on the other side of the country in pails. Jo has some "splainin" to do. "hookers, blow, tequila slammers, lawyers, guns and money"... Lose the lawyers and you'll have one hell of a party there Snow. They'll want two hookers each, they'll drink and snort all your stuff and a month later you'll get a bill for "client meeting". 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Jo wrote: Jo, I think the FBI's agenda is to solve the case, PERIOD. What exactly is the "other" agenda you suspect is being run by some individual agents? Stop being tangential. I think as tired as Ckret gets of hearing about Duane and being slammed by you, he'd name Duane as Cooper if he discovered unequivocal probative evidence. Stuff happens in criminal investigations. Mistakes are made, evidence is mishandled or lost, etc. It doesn't prove that aliens crashed at Roswell or that the FBI is covering up evidence that proves Duane was Cooper. Noise is fundamentally different from coherent signals. Noise can overwhelm signals. It can be loud. It can dominate a spectrum. You are making a fundamental mistake, however, when you draw conclusions from noise. It is like seeing faces in clouds. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Jo wrote:: "This kind of thing is why I advised him NOT to go public - because he doesn't know what it will do to his life - the third degrees, tearing apart of this statement - word for word - and to be taunted and made fun of. I think I gave him good advise." Someone is confusing this forum with real life. The worst that can happen here is someone types some mean stuff. If anyone's life is being ruined by this forum, they need to re-examine everything about their so-called life. Don't you wish real life were like this forum, at least the part where you can make all the bad stuff go away by clicking a mouse or pushing a power switch? 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Snowmman wrote: "When I review everything about that sentimental journey, I can only come to one conclusion. The two brothers had been told by Cooper where the money was hidden in Mexico. We must have taken the train to avoid detection at the airport. When we got to the border, it wasn't that his papers weren't in order, he wanted no record of his passage. I believe the two brothers had Cooper's Money and threw some of it in the Columbia when they returned to Oregon. It's the only thing that makes sense." Agreed. Can you find a hotel clerk in Oregon who can positively ID the bros as having been in the area? Do that and we can shut down the forum. I have stayed at the Red Lion. I was in Seattle in 71. I know how to jump from a jet airliner and proved it publicly years later at WFFC 2006. I'm tired of Duane getting the Cooper spotlight. I'm safe though, thanks to face putty, a wig and the lost cigarette butts. 377 377*** 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

Kodiak has 1000 lbs less useful load and looks like the max load will be 12 jumpers. Reports are that it is averaging 22 to 24 mins per load. PAC 750 at WFFC was doing 17 minute loads. I liked the PAC 750, but if I were a tandem master I'd obviously prefer a Twotter. The PAC 750 economics are pretty compelling, but some DZs opt for a much lower initial cost and buy a high time early model King Air. The Pac 750 at WFFC was a fast climber. I liked the visibility from the cabin. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

You know it sure seems logical that Cooper would have disguised himself. Wigs go a LONG way to throwing people off the track of IDing a suspect. Add some "face putty" and we could all be looking for the wrong face. Maybe we should reexamine likely suspects who were ruled out because they didn't look like Bing Crosby. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

Pretty cool about the RLS link Snow, you make connections where others see nothing. There is "something" about that NYT letter... doesnt sound hoaxey. Face putty, I'm not sure I have heard that term outside of movie makeup talk. Where would one get face putty? How much can it alter appearance? Would it have been obvious to Tina? The chances the NYT letter was really from Cooper are tiny, but its fun to imagine what if... 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

When is The Galen Cook book coming out? Maybe he wants to release it just before the Christmas shopping rush. I wonder if he can see Russia from his cabin in AK? And what about Ckret's tease about new info about to be released? And the money analysis by a dream team of scientists? Hungry for Cooper news. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. BuzzardNest, When I was working at the Public Defender's office in Oakland CA, I had a seasoned old cop tell me, over donuts no less, that I didnt know criminals at all. He said: "Kid... you just know the dumb ones because you only deal with the ones who get caught." Duane's proven inability to escape conviction for routine crimes is evidenced in repeated jail and prison stints. Accordingly, he is not my top candidate for having accomplished one of the most innovative whodunnit crimes of the 20th century. He was an odd fellow and had some unexplained mysterious things in his past, but none of that puts him on the stairs of that NWA 727 looking out into a black cold rainy night and summoning his courage. His death bed confession proves zero with regard to Cooper. It proves only that he wanted to be remembered as Cooper, not that he was in fact Cooper. I am keeping an open mind though. If Jo or anyone else comes up with probative evidence linking Duane to Cooper I will drop my skeptcism and examine the facts. Meanwhile, the Cooper hunt goes on even though Jo is 100% sure that the mystery has been solved. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

Jo wrote: The loss of evidence by the prosecution can lead to dismissals, but usually not if there is other incontravertable evidence of guilt. The loss of evidence is considered harmless in that context. Let's turn this around. If Duane were on trial for the hijacking, I am sure he would be aquitted. There is simply no unambiguous probative evidence linking him to the crime. The standard in a criminal case is: "beyond a reasonable doubt." The case against Duane would fall flat on its face under that standard. 377 2018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.
