Yep, close. I received a "point" and was doing some homework on innate vs. acquired immunity - such that (in the early stages of my homework) would appear; it has to be innate immunity (based on genetics to be passed along). From an early biology class, I also remember something about Genetic Resistance to Disease (?). For example, when at the turn of the 20th century, Influenza was killing hundreds of thousands, over the next three generations a form of resistance or tolerance was passed from one generation to the next. Something like that? Although I don't know if that matches the exact intent of the OP's, "Genetic Memory?" Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

If I should die going in; you would honor me by not standing down and continuing to jump. My favorite thing to do in this life is to step out the door and ride the hill. Tested with the same results. Changed my browser settings from "Open in New Tab" to "Open in New Window" IE7 Since it's been changed from a popup to show relevant words to showing the relelvant words to the side - if leaving the misspelled word in a red font and taking the hyperlink off isn't the solution. If I understand correctly that your goal is to have a single workbook... When I was doing this some years ago, I developed relationship with my banker. The bank has a list of non-performing assets they'd like to get off the books. As to drawbacks, you'll need to ensure there's not a 2nd mortgage (equity loan) or other encumbrances on the house (liens) which can sometimes be for 20%-30% more than market value. It's about delivering the Innovators ideas/concepts to the customer and meeting the EXACT expectations of what was promised or presented. Let's use Nano as an example. Lets say "someone" figures out how to generate energy in the form of a carbon tube with molecules (perhaps a type of ball bearing device) and shares those expectations with the world. How will that Innovator's ideas convert to the customer's expectation on delivery - 100% of the time? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I would agree with your friend & former colleague in the innovation stage. However, during the production phase (and all companies have a production/operations phase irrespective of product or service). Case in point, MS, iPhone. Innovative, but clearly high in customer conflict from innovation to deployment. And, I say this on the tail-end of another wasted morning with Vista issues.
