  3. Well, brother I have applications for those too. I'm in Washington State and I have a couple of former Redmonds working for me and they're scratching their heads also. It's a POS; you know it, I know it and even M$ knows it. It's no different than our straying from Win98 to milinnia & 2000 fiasco. 7. Well, I just had a lovely 4 hours of downtime and exploration Friday. After Thursday night's 175 MB Office 2007 SP1 update, my Outlook 2007 would bonk and die. Did a repair, bonk, But, now with error box OLMAPI32.dll. Reinstalled the update... same error. So I go thru the usual microsoft knowledge base and find the OLMAPI32.dll is not for use with Outlook 2007. Well, duh. So, I log onto Experts-exchange and get to rooting around... It took a combination of suggestions to get it back right. Uninstall Office 2003 Reboot regedit/find OLAMPI32.dll and delete Reboot Reinstall Office 2007 SP1 Run Repair Reboot. The funnest thing about Vista is rebooting. Man, it takes FOREVER! Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

  9. Actually, I'm in the exact same situation and was tired of training and sending them packing, so I developed a contract within the employee handbook that expressed how much the training costs, would be deducted monthly until the debt was paid or if termination was the result of the company or the employee, it basically became a demand note and was due payable in full. It actually helped with finding those who were serious about work (they got to see it prior to employment), and tightened up those who were playing shenanigans on the job. 10. You may want to hang/clip it by the tail end up with the fan blowing in the nose cells. Like this: http://picasaweb.google.com/annagalperin/PictonWollongongTheFunnyFarm/photo#5191499506439248450 When you climb inside the nose cells and the very back of the cell (at the tail) is dry, then pack it. 12. Easier said than done. Actually, easier done than you think. If you live in an at-will employment State and are a small business owner, all you need is an employee handbook that differentiates issues for termination for cause and issues for progressive counseling and have all the employees sign a copy. Small Business Employee Manual Template Little bit of time could save you a lot of stress and heartache. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  13. Here's a natural gas vehicle cost calculator to validate your numbers: http://www.eere.energy.gov/afdc/vehicles/natural_gas_calculator.html The first calculation is incremental costs. The second submit button will calculate fuel operating costs. Needless to say, CNG is the most economical, but the most costly conversion (about $7k). Another consideration is LPG. The conversion is cheaper (about $2k), but you'll spend approximately $1.60 more per gallon than CNG and only about 15% less per gallon than gas. The truly big upside to LPG though is - LPG enters your engine as a completely vaporized fuel that's free from lead, carbon, gum, sulfur and most pollutants. LP won't foul your car's plugs, ruin its valves, contaminate its oil, wash down its cylinder walls and rings, burn out its muffler or destroy the air we all breathe. And mileage and performance are about the same as with gasoline. I'm also investigating street legal golf carts. While more economical, it would appear they emit about as much pollution as a lawn mower and depending on which State can only be run on roads with a 35 mph limit. Hope that helps... I'm doing my homework also. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
