  1. No worries, Jerry. It was sarcasm and good for a couple of pages of "riled up."
  2. Ummmm... you're kinda making one of the main pro-gun points.
  3. Your googlefu broke? Take each one and put Biden in front of it. Then become an informed reader. No argument. Both of them are pieces of shit that I won't vote for . . . And, be honest; you're just voting for the lesser. That's where we're at. Not who we're "for;" who we're against.

  5. Curtis, you're profile lists you as jumping at AZ, with two jumps. It would be irresponsible for someone on the Internet to guide you on a purchase at this time. There are great Instructors and Riggers at the DZ there. Please ask them to give you some guidance on what you should be jumping this early. We don't know your skillset. My advice to new jumpers has always been - Finish your A License and then let's sit down and talk about gear choices. And, we would begin with your reserve size first and build a rig around that.

  7. I'm in favor of a balanced budget act/law/amendment.
  8. The first paragraph meant more as a Deming Systems approach.
  9. The real issue is - raising taxes to throw more money at a governmental agency that does not embark on a path of continuous improvement, process enhancement, and quality of service for their "customers." e.g., Today's VA is no where near the VA of the Vietnam war era. A lot of veterans had to die in the system before metrics were introduced, They HAD to come up with performance improvements. They should all have to do that and realize the "customers" are not there for them. They are there for the customers.
  10. Yesterday morning, in the link I provided, at the top of the page, in the overview, it said, "forcibly contribute . . ." After reading your post, I went back and re-read it, but the overview had changed.
  11. I went back and re-read it a couple of times and I still read it as coercion (as in ) and that may be because when you read the overview, "forcibly" . . .so as I read it as; the same manner of pedo, sex trafficking, etc, But, that's not to say that I don't see your point also and would agree the language is not well presented. .
  12. THIS is the exact reason I don't interact on here anymore. You got ONE somewhat right. Somewhat right - IF someone, IF Anyone tries to forcibly transition a kid https://house.mo.gov/Bill.aspx?bill=HB2885&year=2024&code=R You got this from a news article - what it actually says is ALL flags other than the US or State of Tennessee flag in public schools, but the whole inflammatory BLM, Nazi, KKK, support of the white supremacist to destroy ALL those black and gay children was necessary - for what?. https://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/Billinfo/default.aspx?BillNumber=HB1605&ga=113 Scratching my head - According to the Florida Senate it relates to condominiums: https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2023/154/?Tab=BillHistory Whew. This is just so wrong that I'm attaching the entire bill. But, you get liberal points for including, right-wing terrorists, Aryan nation, KKK and AoG in the same sentence. Really? Cause it reads like trying to protect the children and nothing about immunity. In fact, it requires teachers to take courses in use, protection, security and storage. Cause, ya know, you guys won't write your congress critters about gun responsibility. https://le.utah.gov/~2024/bills/static/HB0119.html I don't get you guys anymore. S1220.pdf
  13. Of course you're not. Tell us, Joe. What would give you peace?
  14. So, I'm guessing you won't narrate the YouTube video then?

I "think" that's after its been declassified. Not declassified has its roots in the CFR's. Course it seems everything is tricky these days. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1924
  16. Do you have Alan Pratt on speed dial or did you just re-read his book?

I cannot and will not. It may be the first time in my life I won't vote if he's on the ticket.

I gotta be honest here. I have no friggin clue how any of this is going on. From anyone. How in the hell do controlled documents get out of reach. There are so many controls and protocols it's not funny.
  20. Afternoon, Jerry When we discussed this a couple/three/four years ago - even then; I was opposed to a "ban" on abortions then. ESPECIALLY, if a woman has been sexually abused or raped - it's definitely her call. There have been some that chose to keep the child. That's their choice. For me; life is sacred. We should be trying to preserve it to the best of our ability. I am pro-responsibility. At this point, you've heard me say this before - with all the types of birth control; we should have significantly reduced the number of abortions if not completely eradicate it. That's about the gist of it. I got nothing else.
