Therefore, everyone who does not know how to use a computer is an idiot. How very GeekSquad. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  2. That is the sound and actions of a "mean drunk" and a man who needs help for a drinking problem. I hope he can recognize it long before the bottom hits and gets the help he needs. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  3. I "heard" it was meant as, Anytime, Anywhere, Anyplace. But, cannot verify. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  4. Kit Bag for Thirty Years It's just now wearing out. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  5. Like the others, I like the simplicity of the site. Clean, fast easy to navigate. Good luck. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

  8. Well, the same year we did ours, a South African had done 100 in 12 hours from a 182, then Dale did 104 in 12 hours out of a 182... since I haven't heard of any others, then that makes you number one in the 182 12 hour class... Congratulations!! You going to try to beat Jay's record some day? Note: Its best to video the entire event. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  9. The thread is about taxes. However, raising taxes as the government's source of revenue, an increasing deficit, debt, etc. all go hand in hand and that was the thread's content. I was addressing your response of which was also partly off point. Yeah, I am just giddy with anticipation. If you'll refer to my earlier post, one way to reduce the deficit and the debt is to reduce government spending (cost). those savings can then be applied to paying down the debt/deficit. 10. Well, having organized a similar (non-tandem) record in Oklahoma for the most dives out of a 182 http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=542777;search_string=skydive%20tulsa%20record;#542777 can only give everyone on the team my sincerest congratulations. Record events like these can take a long time to prepare, the stress for perfection, the adrenaline during the event, attention to the minute detail and in the end, nothing beats a cold beer, a shower and some sleep. Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! to all. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  11. So then you acknowledge the article has credibility. But, you pick out 14% of the article as affirmation of your point and not the other 86%. Did you read the part where, "Rising Spending will be responsible for 100% of Increased Budget deficits by 2017." With regard to his comment on a growing population, according to the US Census Bureau - Population Profile of the U.S. The U.S. population is growing larger. Based on the middle-series projections, the Nation's population is projected to increase to 392 million by 2050 -- more than a 50 percent increase from the 1990 population size. During the 1990's, the population is projected to grow by 27 million, a 10.8 percent increase. This assumes that fertility, mortality, and net immigration would continue to reflect recent trends. Only during the 1950's were more people added to the Nation's population than are projected to be added during the 1990's. Using the lowest assumptions, the population would grow slowly, peak at 293 million by 2030, then gradually decline. Conversely, the highest series projects the population to increase quite steadily over the next several decades, more than doubling its 1990 size by the middle of the next century. With regard to his comment on. "growing available workforce," one only need to look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics to review the current unemployment rate as, "available." http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/surveymost?ln database using the Unemployment Rate - Civilian Labor Force - LNS14000000 criteria selection to receive the attached below resultset. During FY2009, the U.S. government collected about $400 billion less than FY2008. Individual income taxes declined 20%, while corporate taxes declined 50%. At 15% of GDP, the 2009 collections were the lowest level of the past 50 years. 16. IMO, until a balanced budget constitutional amendment is passed and/or the government is forced to do zero-based budgeting, rather than the current incremental budgeting methodology the problem and party accusations will continue. Even while in the military, each year, there was a mad dash to spend money by October 1st "so we don't lose our budget funding for next year!" Silliness. While there are stated advantages to incremental budgeting, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages: Seriously, has anyone ever even seen the US Government's Organizational Chart and the number of redundant activities compounded with the OrgCharts of State Agencies and divisions? http://www.usa.gov/Agencies/Federal/All_Agencies/index.shtml If I ran for President, it would be on the platform of re-organizing, downsizing and eliminating government agencies. Of course, I would lose because so many people work for federal or State agencies and no one working there would want to hear the term, "downsizing." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  17. For those with a 10% income tax (lowest income) with a 5% increase to 15%? The highest percent increase of any wage bracket?!?!? C'Mon... Even the Democrats can't agree with that.... unless the objective is to raise the poverty level. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

  19. More of a pun than you intended. SC has a history of one party paying for someone to run in the other party. To the point of federal investigations and prosecutions... Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
