In North Carolina; prostitution, sex acts or using real property for the use of either in exchange for compensation is illegal. I think it's: sex acts in exchange for compensation is illegal prostitution; and allowing prostitution to take place on real property you own or possess is also illegal. But simply receiving compensation in exchange for allowing sex acts to take place on your real property would not, in and of itself, be (constitutionally) illegal, because that would logically make running a hotel or motel virtually impossible. Except maybe, you know, an enormous loophole in the laws requiring background checks. did you read the whole post or just the last line and then kneejerk reply? did you read the part about "FFL-sponsored transfers"? IF you are telling me all of these transactions are 100% on the up and up, well, that's an extraordinary position to take. Being on FB; it has to be. They know what they're doing. They send it to the dealer nearest the buyer. The buyer has to present their CCP or go though a background check before the transaction can take place. If the buyer fails the background; the weapon goes back to the seller. All transactions are entered into a master log and yellow sheets are done. Skydivers should have such a process to go through selling gear. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Is your objective to, 1) drop skydivers, or 2) gain hours towards your ATP? If 1; then start here: http://diverdriver.com/ If 2; there are better and faster ways to get there. If 1 & 2; Get jiggy with it. Welcome to the zone!. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Not that I'm aware of. The airport was built by the Feds back when Tulsa International was built around WWII. It served as a bailout airport for TIA if one had an engine out or other emergency procedure and remains in effect today. From the proponents of the law, the NRA, yes. Even in my less than progressive state than the sun-setting anointment on California for all things that should be done by the rest of the country... We do not have SYG here. He would have went to prison. Arguing means you walk away if you have a CCP. It's happened on more than one occasion where someone was in a confrontation and pulled their gun. I felt threatened by his/her loud threats and not walking away so I shot them - is not self-defense. So not true. Our only choice on the jury was First Degree murder with UP TO 30 years, but not less than 10. Those were the Judge's instructions. Let me correct that. That was the only choice provided by the DA and we had to follow the Judge's instructions about what that meant. Hardly. This Guy opened fire on them simply because he didn't like them. He felt so upset & endangered by the shooting, that he drove back to the B&B, & ordered a pizza... He never even bothered calling the police. I don't think you'll find anyone, aside from his paid lawyer, willing to defend his actions. Perhaps the Lawyers here could chime in. Who dropped the ball in this case? First Degree is premeditated, correct? Didn't the Jury also have the option of convicting this sack of 2nd degree, instead? He fired on the vehicle, killing someone. How the f#*& is He NOT guilty of murder ??? Here again, we don't know what the Judge's instruction's were. After serving as the foreperson in a murder trial last year; I'll never make the mistake of judging a jury again. True. We both remember when the DZO would get loud about the beer cans strewn all over and we'd have to pitch in and clean up Sunday nights. We have two single 182 DZs near me and both are well kept and have great Instructors... We have Mel Tilley and Greg Gerondale in the neighborhood. Both with 30ish years experience and Greg with a Gold Medal in Accuracy. Plus many more. http://www.skydivetulsa.com http://skydiveairtight.com Both have their positives and negatives. Airtight Pic - Biggest, prettiest Hangar in Oklahoma & those houses weren't there in the background ten years ago when we were building it. Tulsa - Rented Hangar for now, but the openest area in the State and Dale's soon to compete with his own new large facility on 20 acres at that airport. See pics Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I call foul. You remember when almost every DZ other than those in Cali and Florida looked somewhat like that - Even when the Nationals took place in Tahlequah (Skydiver Mecca); the DZ Operations didn't look like what Steve has built Spaceland to today.
