Hope this helps [edit] I don't "believe" the ALti-2 Chronos is available yet? Website says "Coming Soon" http://www.dropzone.com/forum/Skydiving_C1/Gear_and_Rigging_F6/handmade_digital_altimeter_watch_P4204799/ Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Rodger, What a difficult time for you. Very sorry about your losing both parents in such a short time-frame. Your ashes memorial was a tribute not only to them, but to the life they gave you. Blue Skies, Keith Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

And, my favorite military joke's punchline: Okay, "Death by bunga bunga." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

So many years in the military, so many jokes... The reason the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marines bicker amongst themselves is that they don’t speak the same language. For instance, Take the simple phrase “secure the building”. The Army will post guards around the place. The Navy will turn out the lights and lock the doors. The Marines will kill everybody inside and set up a headquarters. The Air Force will take out a 5 year lease with an option to buy. OK Jerry, Here we go... A soldier ran up to a nun. Out of breath he asked, "Please, may I hide under your skirt. I'll explain later." The nun agreed... A moment later two Military Police ran up and asked, "Sister, have you seen a soldier?" The nun replied, "He went that way." After the MPs ran off, the soldier crawled out from under her skirt and said, "I can't thank you enough, sister. You see, I don't want to go to Syria." The nun said, "I understand completely." The soldier added, "I hope I'm not rude, but you have a great pair of legs!" The nun replied, "If you had looked a little higher, you would have seen a great pair of balls…. I don't want to go to Syria either."

During Watergate, Nixon tried to declare the tapes as his personal property. The SCOTUS ruled against him. And I am very sure that any form of communication from Trump would be ruled in a similar manner; that they are official forms of communication. It is just a different medium. Jerry Baumchen Afternoon, Jerry. I "get" everyone's position, but it's still "should be regarded as," not "It is and here's the Act, Law, etc." As you mentioned; it took a SCOTUS opinion for the Nixon tapes. I believe the same [type] formality will need to occur before "It is." As to Marc's point. Yes, the Ninth Circuit used Trump's tweet while rendering their ruling. And, the fact that Spicer had said the week before, "Tweets are to be considered official..." which the Ninth Court also used... However, their ruling also said that because of Spicer and the tweet... that it should fall into the "Legal Arena," so let's dive deeper into that ruling: My position is best described in this way... Truly, I see both sides and I think its going to take another SCOTUS decision to determine which way the flag is going to blow. Spicer doesn't have the authority to declare anything... another twit on the stage who doesn't know shit from a good grade of peanut butter. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

No, it has already happened. Spicer stated that Trump's tweets should be considered official statements by the President. Let's make an analogy. Would it be okay if the White House published a booklet about a policy issue and forbid any copies to be distributed to a certain group of citizens? That's what is happening here, it's just in digital form instead of printed. White House national security advisor Sebastian Gorka told CNN one day earlier that there's a difference between tweets and policy and @realDonaldTrump's feed is the former, not the latter. “It’s not policy, it’s social media,” Gorka said in a tense back and forth during which he accused the media of over-obsessing Trump’s tweets. "It's not policy, it's not an executive order, it's social media. Please understand the difference.” http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/white-house/trump-s-tweets-official-statements-spicer-says-n768931 Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Why should a government official get to block access to official communications to anyone? What difference does their numbers or political affiliation make? They still have access through representation. I see it as kinda like any social media... Once the noise to signal ratio gets out of proportion... Block the noise. Except the Administration has decreed that Trump's tweets are official statements by the President of the United States. Not quite yet... but it'll get there. http://www.cnn.com/2017/06/12/politics/quigley-covfefe-act/index.html Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

500k led by a former Clinton advisor making noise vs. The 4.8 million Vets who voted for Trump. The thing is even the 500k will benefit from the VA changes that'll be made. On a similar note; I really wish Trump would keep his thumbs off Twitter and use his Communications Directors. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

He didn't block all veterans; just those belonging to a Democratic PAC. They're quite the partisan group. Look up Jon Soltz; the founder and Doug Band - The two top dogs of VoteVets. They only speak for one side of the veteran population. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

{off-topic] I used to fuck with people when they left their desk and left MS Word open. I would go in and change their auto-correct list to dozens of vulgarities for common words. Which led to a flurry of verbal vulgarities when they kept typing the same word with the same results. Those who had suffered my wrath would laugh their asses off and eventually let them off the hook. Then they took all the fun out of it when they started teaching MS Word in High School

She gave a very heartfelt apology on the airwaves. Said she had pushed the line as a comedienne and then stepped over it. She was more truthful in her apology than most politicians... I respected her tone and demeanor. It's a shame that CNN pulled her after that apology. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

As I was watching the proceedings on TV; I thought the same thing. I even talked to hi through the TV and said, "You don't have to answer that." But, being the good attorney that he is... Didn't follow my advice. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

1. Then you got THE best answer several times - When the "INSTRUCTOR" says she's ready. Even when I was an Instructor and my family members were learning how to skydive; they would come and ask me questions about this or that. Even with my family; I would, 1) not be their Instructor, and 2) tell them, "You need to be talking to YOUR Instructor." 2. Since you said, "I was hoping for more than that;" There's some information on here in the "Safety" tab at the top regarding canopy control. The first one I would recommend you look at when it comes to downsizing decisions is this one: http://www.dropzone.com/safety/Canopy_Control/Downsizing_Checklist_47.html After that, have her read any or all of the articles published here: http://www.dropzone.com/safety/Canopy_Control/ There was a safety committee developed on here years ago that reviewed and endorsed the articles in the "Safety" section as those that everyone agreed were important and "safe" to put on here. 3. Please understand that as Instructors; most of us have had to deal with THAT FAMILY GUY who is either a skydiver and is putting us on the spot in front of their family student OR that FAMILY GUY who doesn't even skydive, but read a bunch of shit on the Internet and puts us on the spot in front of their family member student. Or, is challenging us with information they learned on the Internet in front of that family student. Finally, years ago... every Instructor on here agreed that there is only one response to questions regarding students, "Talk to your/their Instructor" - so that we weren't stepping on each other's toes. Honest enough? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

i wasn't asking for student speculation Jack is far, far, FAR from being a "student" He just leaves that in his profile because we should all be students every day. His advice was sound and is usually the same advice given by most on here. Take your friend out of the equation. If you asked the same question about yourself; most would reply, "When your Instructor tells you you're safe to do it." You may not like the answer... but, it's the best one on here. I've looked at several pictures of him in dress uniform and I don't see any military medals/ribbons., so that's a moot point... but, I've never been a cop, so I'll let them speak to it. I have seen pics of NYPD wearing military "style" ribbons attached to their badge, but am pretty sure it's like the military. You don't wear what you weren't awarded.
