This is what I see coming.. Soon there will be a union for regular employment.. Employers will have to pay a retainer to employ someone and if they fire them for undue reason they will loose the retainer that equals roughly 6 months of employment.. Lawyers get a retainer? Everyone else will too in time.. Right now it is an employers industry, soon it will be an employee industry.. There will also be virtual families so to speak.. Say 100 people put into a pot, $100 a month per person. If someone looses their job the virtual family makes the payments on bills and helps them find employment. Kind of like insurance only this is a non-profit thing. When the person goes over what they have put into the pot they will have to pay it back at 0% after they are employed. My business for example, aahit.com.. It promotes working from home.. Making more money for business owners. No offices to deal with.. 1099 employees in my company will automatically be putting into this pot so to speak. Where have the days gone when employers care? Ethics? I care.. I know of a few more up and coming businesses that friends of mine own that are adopting the same principles of business.. These virtual groups are coming.. I am in the process of setting a few up with some people that I know in the IT industry. In order to get in the family you would have to be employed, in the same income class as the rest of the family, have comparable house payments, that sort of thing.. It's coming
