    Viso II ?

Never turned it's off manually (and can't find the reason to do so)) but if you want to - enter in menu (as per manual) - enter in setup selector (holding center button for 5 sec) - select OFF item and hold the center button until it's off Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  2. Even Velocity can offer you some time to untwist) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  3. Easily switching Altispeed during freefall? How? Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  4. I use Viso2 & optima2 and can change settings without looking into the manual but can't say that it's intuitive or userfrendly espetially in compare with Neptune That's true, service & support from L&B just great Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  5. Velo needed 2 folds?? Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  6. DRD from SWS Rigs is avaible to order for sport rig "SWS Fire" Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  7. Good stuff Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  8. Forget about spiraling, it's generally bad thing in traffic and espetially if you already have some discomforting traffic (let such manevrous be doing by the TM) As it was sayd there is no big troubles to just set your landing approach with the tandem - just give them way and distance, fly your pattern find your slot and free spot... while doing it it's good to trying to get vertical separation but whithout radical manevrous (espetially at lower alti) just adjust your descent rate by applying/releasing the brakes P/S One common rule for avoiding somthing: Keep your eyes to where you want to fly! not to where you don't want(what you try to avoid)! 9. It's more "Braked turn" than true FlatTurn The more H.speed you have - the more spare lift you have to perform direction changes without losing altitude Steering away wrom smb using rears - seems not good idea at all (if only you not already in plainout stage using tem) due to the less input range, more stall probability, possible losing of grip etc... Turn using brakes provide changing of direction and deceleration (which also good for reduce the cons of collision) and instant ability to flare and land Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  10. Ok, Ok... for most modern ZP canopies?)) And I do know this way) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  11. It's quite OK, you may continue doing it wrongthis way it's not the most weird thing in this world Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  12. IMHO the flatpack is slightly wrong way (ok, not wrong, but weird) for modern ZP canopy... espetially it is weird to start learn for If only silly DZ rullez (as was mentioned here) doesn't force this metod Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  13. In da "search" field?:) http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=search_results&search_forum=all&search_string=freefall%20drift&sb=score&mh=25 http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=2772484;search_string=freefall%20drift;#2772484 http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=958431;search_string=freefall%20drift;#958431 ... Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  14. It's cool to offer some innovations to the WT design)) Ok, I have some conception too) P/S Yes in simple conception bodyflyers at second FlyZone could be surprised by airspeed changes caused by flyers in first zone... so it's more fun)) (or need to more motors installation) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  15. Well, that mean that SC is prevent, not lead of activation Yep, I though about this, but even not mention it coz it's would be really silly design can't imagine that such devices can be made this silly way Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  16. This is exact part which make me confused... How in da **** the short cut in da cable can lead to activation of cutter?? Without any traces of electrical impulse (enough for ignition) passes from battery through all electrical chain inside the cypress's body?? How Airtek can find out, that exact disccovered cable damage had lead to activation?? Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  17. Same shit bro) F**kedup two seasons (barely have ~100 jumps in each) so install back my Odyssey 120, just positiFF (however Velocity 96 will get his chance as soon as I get used to new stowless bag)) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  18. If you perform your swoop in the same manner regardless of wind then your distance in different wind is simple math D0 (your distance at zero wind) - Ws (wind speed) * t (time from plainout point till touchdown) Just draw your swoop relative to the air (or to the ground when wind is 0) and shift all the picture for Ws*t forward or backward P/S in this matter D0 is distance beetween plainout point or from the gates if you pass them at plainout) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?

If you do work - take an aquarium Fullface If you do fun - take an open face and feel the wind Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  20. Actually you can apply some toggle input even when you have some linetwist:) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  21. Just take a GPS log of jump Hdistanse/Vdistance or Hspeed/Vspeed at sustained flight of unthrusted aircraft(body) is exact = Lift/Drag Or we can take one of the Atmo photo with smoke and rough estimate the "glide" angle and L/D (see the pics attached) http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=3133524;page=3;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25; So Good tracking (with H/V ratio 1+) gives you a lot of Lift (at least more than can be seen on most Atmo photos) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  22. It doesn't surprise me:) The higher overall speed - the higher its Horisontal component (in angle flying) but High L/D is high relation between H and V component not just high H:) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  23. It's easy to estimate just compare resulting path (glide angle) Or even more simple - who do you think will wly further horizontally from the same exit altitude till same deployment alti? Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  24. No, because the PC will only open up as big as the support tapes will allow it. By handle, PC can only be initially cocked (kill line pulled out) as much as support tapes allow it... During futher packing kill line can (and usually does) pulled in back So I prefer Full cocked PC (when it present a slack on the kill line while support tapes are stretched with handle at final cheking) Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
  25. I am sure you do it right but just in case... Do you full cock you PC before insert the pin (put bag into conteiner and closing flaps)? Do you cock PC by pulling the PC's handle or directly pulling out the killline (which actaully give you "more cocked" PC since more kill line pulled)? Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?
