  2. IMHO willing to became a WT instructor is for person, who thing not about money but about flying at first. For example if you have job with good salary but almost all that salary (and free time) spend on flying and jumping than it's qute logical to became WT/AFF/etc instructor even if you'd get less money Why drink and drive, if you can smoke and fly?

The ground speed should be taken for exit delay coz: 1 If you have strong upper wind than you probably have significant wind shift at some altitude 2 If you have strong upper wind and therefore low ground speed you can afford more time for more separation (and safety) and still be in a good spot

There no windtunnel at Kolomna There is 2 locations near/at Moskow with 3 WT The Freezone near Chehov (actually closer to DZ Pushino than to DZ Kolomna) has Skyventure's 12 and 16.5 ft tunnels http://www.realfly.ru/eng/ both with full range of speed you'd need Very experienced staFF (many of them speaks english) and so on...
