Run-in speed is usually about 85kts, or 97mph, considerably less than most people's terminal speed. -
I used lead shot from a gun shop, but if they'd been in stock I would've simply bought the soft weights that scuba divers use. Much easier & you don't have a big lump of lead on your hip.

It's easy to go from a CSV or XLS file into Access, if you so desire.

Read Douglas Coupland's Microserfs and try Reverse Disneyland. -
One trick I found useful - though I never wore boots professionally - was to put a 1sq inch piece of fabric plaster (eg Elastoplast) on my heel when breaking in new boots. Stopped blisters appearing and the skin getting worn off, and made life so much more tolerable.

So? You, personally, are also responsible for a negligible percentage of worldwide emissions. Does that mean you shouldn't care? Jumpalot asked about a way of measuring the damage that he, personally, is doing to the environment, so he can work on offsetting it.
