  1. Go easy on him, Remi, its Phil Hartree who changed usernames from philhartree to Spin Doctor in the interests of anonymity.... "Don't die until you're dead"
  2. Damn because 10 Peruvians lost their lives in a bomb blast, or Damn because it wasn't Al-Qaeda responsible? "Don't die until you're dead"
  3. I am fuckin' stoked! The Swedish Freefly festival's number of participants has been increased from 200 to 300! (I was nr. 255 in the pre-registered list) You might recognize a couple of these names..... (taken from the site) And this is what we'll be jumping from... Man, I am jonesing already! Less than 4 months to go! Happy days are here again!!! "Don't die until you're dead"
  4. Wonder who it was, Shining Path or Al-Qaeda? "Don't die until you're dead"
  5. Yeah, I can see how that applies to Trev, considering he does a lot of freefly coaching - but I still think a 0.42 is the way to go. Improve your flying skills and get closer to whoever you are jumping with. Just going by what I have heard and read of course, seeing as I have only just ordered my FF2.

Like I told you yesterday, I'm going to have to buy a 0.001 lens if I am ever going to get your fat ass in the frame.... "Don't die until you're dead"
  8. Thanks for the tip about askdirect (kamla), Geoff, they just got back to me. Anybody in the UK who is looking for a step up ring (and can't get to the Kamla shop), you can get one from askdirect by calling them on 0800 132 185. The ring costs £10 and is not on their web-site. 9. Too late dumbass, your wife already invited me.... (now stop posting drivel to the serious forums...) Gus, isn't the 0.5 better suited to filming FS? I thought the general consensus was that for freeflying a 0.42 was the most suitable lens? Will "Don't die until you're dead"
  10. What the hell is going on here??? The moderators are making me laugh!!!! You guys aren't supposed to even have a sense of humour - what the hell is this world coming to??? (and as for you Mr. Von Novak, we have noticed how YOU keep bringing up S&M and weird kinky sex stuff) God, pretty soon we are going to need a moderator for the moderators, as the sanest most sensible person on these forums I nominate myself for the job... Will PS sangiro doesn't really exist, how many of you have actually met him? Anybody? "Don't die until you're dead"
  11. lol Dude, you think that's funny, you should join me when I go on the piss in London! (note to self : passing out on the night bus and *losing* your wallet is highly over-rated!). Anyway, what do I care, I'm going skydiving at Empuria Brava in France next week!!!! And one day I'm going to Antarctica to skydive over the North Pole!!!! "Don't die until you're dead"

Here's a pic of scratch's women playing strip poker!!!
  15. Haven't jumped at Sibson personally, but I've heard good things (freefly nationals are there later this year). Langar and Hinton are both good DZs. Depends on what you are into really. Cark (Hibaldstow) gets AWESOME altitude (minimum '14 000) so I wouldn't mind a weekend there. Will "Don't die until you're dead"
  16. Uh, yeah, and now with you in London we can't even be sneaky anymore and start shit while you guys are sleeping. With you in London and da bytch in California you pretty much have all the time zones covered.... "Don't die until you're dead"
  17. Thanks Geoff Yes, I was looking at keene.co.uk. Have just emailed askdirect. Did you buy your lens from them as well (Kenko 0.42?)? Will "Don't die until you're dead"
  18. I need a 30 to 37mm step up ring for my PC9 (for a 0.42 lens), have found one on-line but it is 30.5mm - will it still fit? Don't want to phuq up a thread or anything... Will "Don't die until you're dead"
  19. Yep, Hinton and Langar are both reasonably close to London. Will "Don't die until you're dead"
  20. How about I give YOU some money??? (go on, look, you know you want to.....) "Don't die until you're dead"
  21. Hi guys I'll be using Harrison & Beaumont for medical and travel insurance, but was wondering who you guys use for insurance for your skydiving gear locally? I can't add it to house or car insurance either. Is there a broker in the UK that will insure skydiving gear only? Thanks Will "Don't die until you're dead"
  22. Is your day this bad scratch? "Don't die until you're dead"
  23. Yeah, I've jumped at both Langar and Hinton as well. Both are good, depends on what you are into. Langar has good lift capacity and if you are into RW, they do big ways most weekends. Hinton (where I jump now) has a very active freefly crowd and no annoying Canadians (actually I suppose saying 'annoying' was a *bit* redundant!! ). Then again, Cark (Hibaldstow) has the best altitude in the country (min. '14 000), so that might be worth a visit as well. One important thing to bear in mind is that Weston and Netheravon are military, so you might not be able to jump there in the week. But hell, with English weather you are probably only going to end up drinking tea and then beer with us all day anyway.... Will PS that said, come to Hinton, the place rocks!!!
  24. I think we've found Clay's dream woman!!! "Don't die until you're dead"
  25. I understand Bill Dause (Lodi DZO) has over 25 000 jumps. "Don't die until you're dead"
