Whether you were personally attacked or not at 6 in the morning do you really want to make such a negative reputation for yourself in such a small community. I've heard of many people who have been deemed unwelcome at their home DZ and travel to another DZ to find they are unwelcome there too because word travelled. It puts into perspective my whack in the centre of my forehead during a block the other day. I was following advice about proximity - unfortunately, I took that advice too literally. I did all the measurements myself when i ordered my mirage, and luckily one of the guys at mirage noticed one of those measurements didn't quite look right and had me double check it. it ended up being about an inch and a half too long on the first measurement. the rig fits perfect though. so having someone else measure it so you can stand still is definitely a good idea even if they know nothing about rigs History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid. --Dwight D. Your right about Fire they have some incredible talent on that team, but as a team they are still fairly new, which gives teams like airspeed a bit of an advantage IMHO(just remember I'm a diehard Airspeed fan, so my opinion is always going to be biased towards them). Maybe Fire WILL pull out some good scores it would definitely be good to see more teams putting up serious competition at nationals this year. As good as Fire and Fastrax are looking this year i don't think they can pull out the kind of scores that the team experience of airspeed, majik and the knight can. Another 2 way drill to keep in mind once you are ready to add in another challenge is to have one person fly base and the other orbits around taking different grips. ie, one person falls in place the other starts with two way grips, moves around to side body, then cat grips, then sidebody on the other side, then back around to 2way grips. i have yet to try this one but have heard of it a few times. i'm still working on turning in place!!! (Note requirements to spin pieces is relative to each other's center points, not the earth - so if you have to rotate 360, you can rotate 180 degrees and move around to 180 degrees to the far side of the other piece and it still counts - careful, for it to work you must be aware of which way you roate and which way you revolve in order to make the correct amount of turn relative to the other piece). There's more about center points and violations, but I have a meeting now.*** PM anything else you have on it to me if you don't mind. I'm still not to the point where i'm ready to start doing block techniques but its never to early to learn about em!!
